The location is excellent, right on the lakefront and only a few minutes’ walk into town. It has a large verandah facing the lake where you can chill out all day if you want, and also a pool. The room, and indeed the hotel generally, was spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming and happy to help with any queries. The onsite parking is convenient and easy to access. The whole experience was really relaxing and comfortable. A great hotel.

I booked the cheapest available room and as a result had a view of the basement rather than the pool or lake (i.e. no view at all), though I must say the room itself was still good quality. If I visit again I would pay just a little more to avoid this - it would certainly be worth it, as the place is spectacular.

The location of the hotel is perfect: a few minutes walking distance to the centre of Malcesine (via a very pleasant path), in a quiet spot. The staff is very attentive, helpful and really friendly. The hotel was spotless and the rooms comfortable Having breakfast while enjoying the spectacular view of the lake was our morning highlight. Having a parking space is definitely a bonus.

The area around the pool is dated and would benefit from being refreshed. Having said that, the pool in itself was very pleasant.

Perfect location and great staff Breakfast was good. Staff very very helpful. It was too cold to swim in the pool but it looked good. Even though it was cool it was still nice to sit outside having breakfast overlooking the lake with a glass of bubbles which is part of the breakfast. Felt safe being there alone.

Only downside for me was that I was on the ground floor so heard noise when people went upstairs to their rooms at night. But it wouldn’t put me off staying there

It is placed excellently at Garda's shore, it has spacious rooms, well equiped with everything one needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast on the terrace near the lake with the best view, the food was diverse and good

I booked it last minute and got a room with a weird view, it was a semi-basement with very high windows that opened right at the pool area near the floor. It wasn't bad necessarily, but weird.

Superior service at both reception and bar/restaurant! Arriving by motorcycle in the summer heat I was offered a cold refreshment drink even before I had checked in. Very much appreciated! Great private parking. Hotel location is breathtaking just a few meters in front of the lake. Outstanding breakfast with all possible selections and ability to enjoy it with Lake Garda in front of you!!

Somewhat dated rooms, but not an issue.

A beautiful, lake - side hotel. Friendly staff who go above and beyond. There is parking with an 24 hour access. We had to check out early, and they packed us a breakfast to take with us - so kind. The room was tidy and comfortable.

We didn't think the breakfast was very nice. I know it is large-scale catering, but it could have been fresher, especially the coffee! Although the prosecco was a fun surprise.

The hotel desk staff was professional, warm, helpful with all kind of tips and suggestions, and made me feel like an esteemed guest instead of just another unnamed person staying at the hotel. I was touched by the kind and respectful treatment. I stayed in a single room, and it wasn’t particularly fancy, but it was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast on the terrace facing the lake was nice, too. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to friends.

Everything was excellent. The location; on the lake, the views took my breath away, close to the center but peaceful, place to go swimming to the lake. The room was spotless and comfortable, quiet, excellent bed. Having your breakfast on the terrace looking at the lake and the mountains and swimming on the pool were extremely relaxing. The staff; all of them professional, polite and so nice to everyone, they made you feel really welcome - really made a difference on your stay. I definitely will come back and truly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The staff and the location of this hotel were superb. Everyone was friendly and always greeted you when returning to the hotel. I could not recommend this hotel any more highly.

A beautiful located hotel directly on the lake side with swimming pool and a breakfast and a bar terrasse next to the water. Only 10 minutes by foot to the heart of Malcesine, so very near by.

Very basic breakfast and not the best coffee machines.
