Great location for visiting Mestre and taking the nearby tram to Venice. Very clean, kind staff, good breakfast, and on-site parking. Very pleasant.

Budget hotel, which is to be expected for the price given all that is mentioned above.

Good location is Mestre, close to the train station. Good choice if you want to visit Venice, you can access it from Mestre by train or bus in no time. The breakfast is acceptable, not many options but enough. The lady which brought us coffee was very nice.

Hotel conditions not explicitely enough explained on the booking.com description page. (We booked a room for 3 adults, while being to adults with 2 children - 7 and 12). Our 7 old daughter sleeps in a large bed with us, the parents. The hotel owner Mr. Dong, did not want to accept us, so we paid extra).

- Quite small room - Very hot room (during May - however this is a drawback of Venice in general for spring/summer periods) - Limited bathroom amenities/kits - No aeration in the bathroom (even though there existed an aeration, it didn’t work properly) - Low breakfast quality and variety (all the available choices included cold plates, most of them being sweets)

The hotel staff were really friendly and spoke English really well. They have a locked room to keep your bags in so we could drop them before check in and leave them after check out to explore Venice. They provided us with information about where to go, how to get there and answered all our questions. There were people on the desk 24/7 to greet you and assist if needed. The location is a 5 min walk to the tram station, and you can buy the tickets at the same price as the machines to go onto the tram to Venice (1.50 each way). It is a really safe and quiet location with the main mestre square a 2 min walk away. The room was really clean, cleaned every day whilst we we're out with towels replaced and there was a good amount of storage space. you have a key card for your room and can lock the door so we felt very safe. We didn't have the breakfast but they had the breakfast room open as we left at 7:30 so it does open early. The Wifi worked well. There was a TV, fridge and safe but we didn't use them. It was a great value for money and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and fairly priced for amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Stayed here for one night and spent the day in Venice. Easy transport down the street to mainland Venice via Tram or Bus, about 20 mins. They provided breakfast for 10 Euros, but we didn't opt in for that service. Room was decent sized, comfortable bed, TV, safe, and hair dryer. AC wasn't working too well in our room but we didnt worry about it, easy fix for staff, plus it was cool at night to leave window/balcony door open. Would recommend to others, would stay here again.

Amiable, helpful staff. The room was very clean. There was a tiny fridge and a safe in the room. The air conditioning worked properly. Quiet hotel at a quiet location, close to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast is good and not expensive. Closed parking space for a fee.

The only flaw is that the curtain was torn but this didn't affect our stay.

The location is very good, close to the bus or tram to Venice. The wifi is very good. I needed to finish some work and was afraid I wouldn't be able to move 18 hours of video, but I did it in minutes! Private parking is here. Stuff is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I would love to have a small fridge in the room, but other than that, it was all good value for money. Ah, yes I wouldn't mind having a teapot...

The rooms are a bit of small, but certainly large enough for a solo traveller. For this price it is an excellent and affordable base station for the exploration of the heart of Venice City. A bus stop and a tram stop are within a few minutes walking distance from this hotel. Staff is very helpful, also to get your car parked within the cramped private parking lot - and it is a good feeling to know that you car is safe there (no risk of burglery) when you use public transportations systems (a car is useless there) to explore Venice. A nice surprise was that the room has a small refrigerator, very handy when you need to store stuff like cheese, meat products, fresh fruits, and it is nice to enjoy cold juice in the evening hours. I did not take breakfasts here, ususally I do not because of some food intolerancies.
