We stayed in a loft with a king size bed and 2 singles in 2 separate rooms great privacy. Spacious modern bright rooms. Beautiful modern bathroom with large shower (a bonus). Fridge and safe included. Elevator. The breakfasts were decadent offered indoors and in a lovely “solarium”setting. White tablecloth service. The staff was available 24hrs for all our needs which we had a lot!! Freda at the front desk was like a “fairy godmother” waving her wand and making everything “PERFECT”. Located in the city centre, which is actually a pedestrian only area filled with delightful restaurants bars and enticing shops with hi and low options. If it wasn’t for the purpose to visit Venice I wouldn’t have left the area at all!! Lovely quaint boutique hotel with many “special touches” that we appreciated and will recommend to others to experience. The proprietor is also on site to make sure your experience is a memorable one!

The only thing to keep in mind is that you are not able to drive up to drop off luggage however the hotel goes out of their way to assist your arrival.

The room was modern, bed comfortable. Overlooking the lively main square, but good sound proofing when window shut. Bus/tram to Venice few mins walk away, and 15 mins you are in centre of Venice!🤩

Wifi was terrible, I advised staff of this but was told there was no problem, it was a weak to no signal at all unless near the door. Maby just the room we had (222?) Not a huge deal but for the price you would expect better. As a family of 4 there was not adequate storage so lived out our cases, luckily it was just 2 days. Parking was good and great instructions and not bad price, 10euro a day. So when we were expecting to pay 20euro BUT actually its nearly 40, it would have been good to know in advance that on top of 10euro there is 8euro per day Tax.

Absolutely recommend this place! Very nice hotel in the heart of Mestre, just right on the square. Room was excellent size for all of us, there was no view from our room, but the silence was precious. In the morning we woke up hearing the church bell which was incredible nice. Nearby, as adviced by the reception staff we visited a local tratorria that offered excellent food and wine at totally acceptable prices. We took the bus and went to Venice enjoyed 4 hours there and back to Mestre also by bus. The breakfast was very rich and included local products, very nice honey, and many other carefully selected products. All was super nice, smooth and easy, thank you again for this memorable experience.

Its location was extremely good. The hotel is just middle of the small town. The buses 7 and 7E go to venice every 10 to 15 min. The bus stop is just 5 min walk away from the hotel. You can buy bus tickets from the tobacco shop near the entrance of hotel centrale. It was 1.50 euros one way. There are many shops around the hotel. Ali supermarket is 2 min. and eurospar is 5 min. away from the hotel. Marco polo airport is 17min away from the hotel. You can buy atvo shuttle bus tickets from the airport or from the hotel. One way is 10 euros. BNL bus stop is for the airport shuttle and it is 7 min away from the hotel. The shuttle runs frequently almost every 20 minutes. We went to Milano by train. The train station is 25 min away from the hotel. We walked there in the morning and came back at night. It took 2 hours and 15min to arrive Milano. The return ticket was around 70 euros. We bought it from the trenitalia ticket automat. I almost forgot to mention about the breakfast. It was sooooo delicious. You won't believe me until you eat it. I have travelled around the world and stayed in different hotels but this breakfast was just perfect. The cleaning ladies left our room clean and tidy. The receptionist and staff in the kitchen were extremely helpful and friendly.

Great staff! Hats off. Great breakfast. Location good, ~20min walk to the train station to catch a frequently running train to Venice Santa Lucia station. Ride takes ~10min. Plenty of fine places to dine nearby.

Unique hotel in the center of Mestre, close to the bus and tram station, easy transit to Venice. Extremely kind and friendly staff. Delicious breakfasts. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. If we're ever back to Venice, we're definitely going to stay at this hotel. Thank you!

Firstly, the location is amazing! The square the hotel is located in is very nice with plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the area. There are no cars allowed in the square so the taxi service had to drop us off just around the corner - but it is only a 2min walk. The trams that take you directly to the Mestre train station are also only a 2 min walk. The hotel has a lift - it’s very small and slow but it is extremely helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable, everything was very clean and the bathroom had a built in hair dryer which was very good! I cannot comment on breakfast as we did not have it. I would definitely stay again as the positives outweigh the negatives.

The room itself was very small - we had 2 large suitcases and struggled for space as there was no storage. Although the hotel has Air Conditioning, it was not switched on during our stay (May 2023) so our room was very hot, even with the windows open. You could also hear people talk in the hallway rather clearly.

We booked 2 triple rooms. They were different - one facing the square and one internal. Different decor and design. They were sufficient in terms of bed organization (double bed+single) as well as size. We preferred the room facing the square. It is nicer to have a nice view of the square from the room windows. The room was very clean and well maintained. The showers worked well. We stayed 2 nights and the room cleaning was very good. Reception staff was great. They were very nice and welcoming, and helped with the parking arrangement and public transportation tickets and guidance. Location is central. Many good restaurants and cafes around and also a nice museum (M9).

The parking arrangement was not not that clear at first (it is 5 min walk from the hotel but you have to go to the underground parking there which was not clear to us at first). The beds had bed covers and then just very thin sheets. It was not cold or anything but we expected a proper duvet.

We stayed in the apartment, which is better and bigger than described. The queen size bed is in a separate room from the other beds and the living area. It also has a large terrace - and a full kitchen. Electric shutters on all the windows are great for blocking out noise and light. The carpark is suitable for larger sized cars and a short walk away from the hotel, it is underneath a supermarket.

The toilet is in the bathroom, and the bathroom is pretty small. Also, the elevator is new in a very old building - it has been fitted in the stairwell gap, so it only fits one person and one suitcase at a time. It was a great place to stay as a family and very easy to get into old Venice, but not if you have mobility issues - the apartment is four flights up.

Location in mestre is excellent. 5 minute taxi to train. 25 minutes to airport by taxi. Good shopping. Safe. Well lit. Good restaurants. Low noise. Taxi stand is not in front but 5 minute walk….get map for clarity. Store keepers advise lower prices than their stores in venis due to lower rents.

Like all americans, we are used to more space around us like in bathroom but for european design, our room was fine. Shower good pressure and easy controls. Again, americans love ice but hotel got us a glass whenever we wanted.
