Could have earlier breakfast. Only starts at 7.45 am I had to leave.

Very friendly small hotel, near the bus into Venice which takes about 10-15 minutes and runs regularly. Make sure you catch the one that goes the right way! The clerk was very helpful, advising us about bus tickets etc. It was comfortable and quiet, just what you need after a day's sightseeing. We found an excellent Indian restaurant called Namaste about 5 minutes walk away, modest looking but great food. The hotel breakfast was very substantial, eggs, cold meat etc and a selection of sweet things plus great coffee from a bean to cup machine. I'd definitely recommend this place.

Minor quibble, the room we had was on the top floor (I think it was a loft conversion). This meant that the windows were set in the sloping roof so no view out of them. In fairness there's not very much to see and you can open the blinds (electronically) so you get plenty of natural light.

The location is really good as it is just a couple of minutes walk to the bus and train to visit the centre of Venice. The lady receptionist was very kind and very very helpfull with information. The room was clean and very spacious and we liked it. We loved the possibility to leave our car a couple of hours after check out, it was really helpfull too.

We were invoiced twice by mistake of the hotel, which was ok, mistskes can happen. But we didn't like that we had to pay a small amount of extra money to cancel it. It was not our mistake.. Also the italian guy at the reception desk didn't explain it well so we spent too much time talking how to solve that problem. It was a bit confusing and disturbing more then it should be.

The location is very close to the train station. The staff was very kind. He helped us with the necessary information for our trip. Before checking in, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel while we visited Venice. Modern, clean room, big enough for 2 adults. The bathroom was clean, with a shower cabin, well equipped, large enough. Very consistent and varied breakfast. I don't think anything was missing... we really liked it.

Along with all the good things, there were also a few small gripes. The bed, which was supposed to be a double, consisted of two twin mattresses, and at night they slid apart, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in, even annoying. The balcony door did not close tightly and you could hear all the noises from the road.

The staff was lovely and helpful. The receptionist provided us a lot of useful information. The room was really cozy and big (even more for the price). Everything was clean. The breakfast was simple but very good except the coffee (I highly recommend it, in our opinion it is worth it but don’t arrive at the last minute). There weren’t maybe many clients but the room was very quiet and we were never disturbed during the night. Very practical to travel to Venice easily as well (10 min by bus). I will recommend this hotel to everybody I know. (Special thanks for helping to open our bottle of wine)

The only thing is the lack of shower gel on the first day (only one per person for body and hair is not enough) but the problem was naturally solved the day after. And maybe not much to hang our clothes in the bathroom.

Excellent! Everything was wonderful! The staff is very kind and willing to give you all the information you need but also to make everything go well. The breakfast was very varied with fresh and quality products for all tastes, also suitable for children. The cleanliness was impeccable, you rarely find such a clean place. The hotel is located very close to the bus station from where you can reach the island in 10 minutes, but also close to the train station, which is why it was very easy to get around. If we come to Venice again, we will definitely choose the same hotel. My daughter was very pleased with the hotel. I recommend with all confidence!

Room: quite spacious, large bathroom, well equipped (small fridge included), good A/C, comfy beds. Plenty of parking space. Bus stop to/from Venice (bus 6/6L - about 15' travel) at 5min walk. Friendly and helpful staff (although sometimes not available).

Location seems very unsafe. Do not attempt to walk to the train station (15' walk) - you have to go through an underground passage with a lot of people drunken or on drugs and with unbearable smells. No CCTV in the parking or in the hotel. You are strongly advised not to leave anything in the car overnight. Breakfast quite basic, if you will not arrive early in the morning, the options will be very limited. Room cleaning can be improved.

The room was a pleasant surprise after paying much more for a basic room in Venice. It was large, very clean and had shutters on the windows to block the light. AC worked well. Bathroom was well equipped with shower, toilet and bidet. Lots of counter space by sink for toiletries. Although we did not use it, I believe there is a bus or train station within a short walk where you can travel over to Venice.

The shower was on the small side so may be a bit difficult for a larger person to move about. Though the water was hot and good pressure. It is in a quiet area about a 20 minute taxi drive to Marco Polo airport. Not a lot to do in the area but perfect for our last night before flying home. Had a very nice dinner just down the street.

The hotel is really nice, clean, really close to the bus station, the staff is very profi and polite the lady from the check in speaks english very well she told us how to get bus and vaporetto and she knew everything we asked her. The breakfast was delicious, the room was really clean, with everything you need:air conditionar, hair dryer, fridge, tv, even it was close to the road we didnt hear the noise from the cars. They changed the towel and check the room daily. Highly recomended:) it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel

The hotel is very close to the bus station to Venice. The staff is super OK, very kind and offers all the necessary information to go to Venice. I really appreciate that the hotel has its own free parking for guests. The rooms have air conditioning and a refrigerator, which is very useful during the summer. The windows do not have mosquito nets. It can be seen that the hotel was subjected to some modernization actions. The most appreciated is the external elevator, which is very useful for carrying luggage if your room is on the upper floors. The breakfast is fine.

The common areas of the hotel (the halls) are not air-conditioned and you feel an oppressive heat when you leave the room... Also, the outside elevator is not ventilated at all, and if it's very hot outside, you almost boil inside the elevator. Luckily, you have only to go up for just 1 or 2 floors.
