Moder & stylist furniture, very cozy & spacious room. Easy automatic check-in with all the needed instructions (pin code, video tutorial). Very friendly guest and safe neighbourhood well-connected with the heart of Milan. Great value for the price! We felt comfortable and overall would recommend this solution.

We could hear some people chatting/cooking in the living room until midnight. It would be maybe nice to set some basic common good rules as we wanted to feel asleep around 11PM but were disturbed by the noises.

Modern chic and spacious as per the picture. A little gem finding from booking.com and a very good price considering the standard of the accommodation. 4 stops from Milan central station using the green line. The no19 tramp just outside the building brings you straight to central milan, Doumo. Andreas at reception was so helpful with info when we arrived early afternoon and allowed us to leave our luggage (as the room are not ready) and communication with him when i had problem getting into the studi suites (my own fault that is !) was excellent and speedy. So, a big shout to him to say thanks for all his help and for being a brilliant representative & credit to the company. I would definitely recommend friends to stay here when they are in Milan !

The stuff was always willing to help! I like the room itself, location (close to the bus/tram/metro/train station, so you are pretty flexible with your movements), small snack and water as a complement

We didnt understand the flash system in the toilet. You need to keep turning on the flash for a long time (not very eco friendly 🤣) Also, the hot water in the shower was keep coming and going away. It was pretty cold in the room (maybe we are silly, but AC didn’t work for us, the cold stream was coming out even though we put 30c) The rooms are not very noisy isolated

An early check-in was accommodated, for which we were incredibly grateful. Self-check in instructions were very thorough and we easily accessed our room upon arrival. Property management was easily reached and they kindly made arrangements for our early-morning airport transfer. The room was just off the reception area and we were concerned about noise, but this turned out to be completely unnecessary as we enjoyed a quiet environment. Restaurant suggestion was very much appreciated and we had a fabulous seafood dinner just a few minutes walk from the property.

Very friendly and helpful staff.. we came to milano a few hours before the check-in time, so I asked if we could drop off our bags, which was no problem. They even had the room ready so we could check in. The man who greeted us was very fluent in English and very polite. Everything was so clean, inside and outside. I also love the location.. it's not in the city centre, so it feels so much calmer. You can walk for about 5 or 10 minutes to the metro, which can bring you straight into the heart of the city. The beds are comfy, the coffee machine in the room was a nice surprise.. they even had some biscuits, cakes, and a couple of bottles of water, which were complimentary.

The clean room, maintained by daily cleaning, made my stay stress-free. The coffee enhanced my mornings. The spacious and comfortable bathroom complemented the overall relaxing experience. The location is far from city center but near to metro/train station. Check in experience was smooth. The staff was very friendly

Our room was right next to the entrance door and we could hear people opening the noise entrace door during the night. The sound isolation could be improved.

Interesting style, it's really a mix of some quite old pieces of decoration / furniture with some nice new things. But I mostly liked it. Espresso machine, a kettle, tee bags and coffee capsules provided. For me, the location was great, check is it fits your routes.

There is a train going somewhere nearby at night. Fortunately, earplugs were provided. I found the mattress to be not really great. But this could be matter of personal preferences. Communication with the staff is a bit overcomplicated: excessive messaging via booking + mail / whatsapp.

The room was the perfect size (for two), very clean, bed and shower were excellent, and staff were friendly! Exactly what we needed (a friend and I stayed) after a terrible stay elsewhere. Would be great for a couple or two very close friends!

Area felt a little unsafe at night, but otherwise not too bad of a neighbourhood. Side note: was told I’d be responded to promptly but didn’t get a reply when asked a few questions. But that is such a small thing compared to how great the rest of the stay was!

I absolutely loved the stay! The room was extremely comfortable, modern and clean. The guests were very responsive, friendly and helpful with every need we had. We received clear instructions of the check in and check out procedures and everything was made very easy for us. The location is about 25’ by metro from the center and the metro station is about 7’ walk. There’s also a tram station right outside of the accommodation if needed. Our room had a outdoor garden and it was so beautiful, especially in the morning. We also had a coffee machine and cakes from the host. Plus, each room has their own Netflix as well! Honestly everything was just wonderful. I cannot recommend this place enough!
