I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The room was spacious. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Two metro train stations are within 10 minutes walking distance. There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect. The price was incredibly reasonable, offering exceptional value for the quality of service. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with excellent service, a great location, and outstanding value for their money.

A very nice family run hotel in a good location near the Metro. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were great. Very helpful, friendly and attentive to whatever we needed. We would and likely will go again. Some of the rooms have balcony with a nice garden overview.

Finding accommodation in Milan close to a Metro station, not far from the city center, with kind staff, breakfast included, and without breaking the bank it's like playing in the Hunger Games. I spent hours researching to book something we could afford as a family but where we would be safe, comfortable, had breakfast included, and in a good location. Hotel Montecarlo was this place. It is a converted Italian-style apartment building and it's more like a B&B. The place was clean and the staff very kind. Breakfast is good, and the cappuccinos are awesome. Michele and his brother were both sweet and accommodating. The night guy was also kind. We stayed in a quadruple bedroom and the beds were comfortable and we had all we needed.

Nothing to dislike, this accommodation supplied all of our needs.

Comfy bed; good shower & bathroom facilities included bidet, plenty of towels and heated towel rail; very clean: easy to get metro into the centre;safe & fridge both in room; very helpful friendly staff; great coffee to order at breakfast.

Breakfast somewhat sparse and limited; lift extremely slow; no kettle supplied but ok to ask for one;

The property was close to a metro station and only a few short stops away from the central train station! The bed was so comfortable. The staff were approachable and easy to speak to. There was a safe in the room. The hotel offered breakfast and had wifi.

There was no do not disturb sign for the door. We only stayed for 3 nights and so we didn’t need our sheets changed / made or even new towels, but housekeeping was there every day. We aren’t complaining, however it was just extra work for housekeeping!

Except for the size of the room everything else was excellent in this hotel. The staff is extremely courteous and attends to any requirements immediately. We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Very clean breakfast. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi was also working perfectly. Bathrooms are spacious and clean. Daily house cleaning service is very good. No complaints at all. The hotel is very close to the station, 5 minutes walking distance. At 2 minutes walking distance there is a super market. We reached the hotel late in the evening and all the restaurants were closed. The staff- George was very helpful in arranging the dinner for us.

Size of the room.

We loved everything about this place, it is simply perfect! The room and the common spaces are beautifully decorated, highly clean, very well equipped and cozy. The attention we have received was amazing, Michele from the main staff was very kind. Breakfast was incredibly complete!

Good location - near metro. Clear. Good breakfast.

Lift too slow. Bathroom has strange solutions: The faucet opens into a shelf; when you lean over the sink, you can hit your forehead on the faucet handle. The shower doesn't close tightly. The toilet is too high - it was uncomfortable for the child

This hotel is conveniently located with several metro stations in the nearby vicinity. Rooms were comfortable. Milan central station is also nearby and is accessible through metro. Overall we are satisfied with this hotel. Our rating is 7.5 on a scale of 10 for this hotel.

Very limited tourism information available in the hotel. Also very limited staff is available onsite and you are on your own. That being said the hotel provides a comfortable stay.
