The room exceeded our expectations! The hotel is located in an old building and the architecture has been preserved. Therefore, our room was huge, it was 4 meters tall and that made it very comfortable to sleep in during the extremely hot summer days. We did not even need to keep the air conditioning on during the night. The location is very convenient, there are 2 metro stations very close by and delicious restaurants nearby. There is also a 24/7 supermarket close to the accommodation. The room and the corridors were very clean, the towels and the toiletries were changed every day.

I think it would have been very useful to have a small fridge in our room

This hotel is warm and welcoming. The staff were so helpful, even booked us a taxi on the last day to get to train station. The room was clean, spacious and we were never disturbed etc. There is a lot of transport around the hotel such as buses, trams and trains which are so easy to use so it was easy to get around. If you don’t mind walking it’s around 30 minutes to get to the train station or the high street.

The only small criticism would be how far away our room was to the reception, it was like a maze. Once you got used to it, it was ok. But other than that - nothing wrong with the hotel.

I was upgraded to the apartment unit which was unexpectedly comfortable and spacious. The entire space was spotlessly clean. The staff were warm and friendly, from the reception, café and housekeeping. The hotel was a few walks away from the subway station and the Carrefour convenience store. Very clean, safe and beautiful neighborhood. I'm very satisfied, I felt so lucky to have chosen the place. Thanks to Ms. Karen who took care of me.

The apartment unit is at the top floor and seems like a high ceiling attic type, so there were no windows. This didn't bother me because of the cozy drapes, very high ceiling and clean bright and basic interiors. One must also prepare to take a flight of stairs to the 6th floor since the lift is only until the 5th. I wasn't bothered by this too. I didn't mind the extra steps.

The room and the bathroom were a decent size, and the beds were comfortable. The dining room was pleasant with big windows, and the breakfast was delicious with the best croissants that I tasted during my holiday in Italy. There are some good restaurants near by, down the side streets. The hotel is a 4 minute walk to Piola metro station, so it is conveniently located for getting around the city.

The air conditioning in the hotel was not that effective, especially in my sister's room but the hotel staff did provide a fan.

The location of the accommodation was perfect with less then 5 mins away from the metro. Although the breakfast was at an additional cost it was very worth it with a small but good selection. Would recommend the hotel especially if one will be staying a few hours with easy access to Milan Central Station.

Cleaners didn’t always add body wash and shower caps which was a bit of a disappointment to have to go and ask the reception. Would also recommend that the shower would be equipped with a hand shower (not just a head one). It was also a disappointment that from 3 rooms that we booked, the triple room was not equipped with a fridge.

The staff at reception, two males were a delight made our trip! They were so kind and helpful and the nicest we met in Milan !

Exceeded expectations is an understatement. The room was huge compared to most 'standard' hotel rooms. Location was good, only a 5 minute walk to Piola Metro Station which is a further 5-10 minute metro to popular stops such as Centrale FS, Garibaldi FS and Cardona where you can catch regional trains to Milan Malpensa Airport and Lake Como. Further to this you can change at Centrale FS to reach Duomo where the Milan Cathedral is located and various other shops and restaurants. You can also catch Tram 16 from Duomo to the San Siro so overall easy access on public transport when staying at this location. We stayed for 2 nights and during our stay we asked if there was a maid service after the first night as we were unsure. There wasn't a maid service for stays over one night however we were ok with this and it wasn't an issue. When we returned in the evening after our day out our beds had been made and we were issued new towels for the next day. The lady we spoke with at reception had decided to go above and beyond and requested our beds were made. This for me was an amazing touch, we were very thankful and will definitely be using this hotel again if we return to Milan. Highly recommend.

Overall a great little hotel which was great value for money, a couple of minutes walk to a metro station or bus stop and a 5 min walk to a Pam supermarket. We was in room 407 a great little room was very clean and a good size and a fridge only downside was a humming noise from some form of air con unit or something along those lines, it was noticeable but didn't stop us from sleeping

It could of had 2 pillows for each side of the bed although I'm sure if i asked I would of got an extra one, it could of done with at least one English speaking tv channel and some milk for the tea/coffee

I totally like this hotel. Very clean and friendly neighborhood. Quite and lovely. Good location. Walking distance to the metro. Big variety of parking slots in the street. Very very very friendly and helpful staff. I will book here again once i am in Milan again. And would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. Big thanks to all you lovely staff and excuse my memory i forgot your names🙏🏻

Good value for the money, room was clean and bigger than the usual in Italy. Staff was prompt and friendly. We had the option to leave our luggage in the hotel's locker room since we arrived early in the morning.

The only downsize was that we received a room that was actually in the building nearby, one had to change 2 different elevators and go through some hallways to get to the designated room, so the access can be quite a challenge if you cannot easily orientate.
