We had a great stay in Poliziano Hotel! It is to high standards, and out of our expectations. Christian, night manager in front desk checked us in and did the extra service upon us. He helped us with a lot of questions, and even ordered us some night food. He helped fix up the wifi, and offered us breakfast including in our room even tho we didn’t book that. The room is amazing with all facilities you can need in a room. They even cleaned up the room after we can back form breakfast.

The breakfast has great varieties. But unfortunately the personal did not speak English, and we fely kind of ignored for that reason. Took us the time of finishing breakfast for someone to take our coffee order. But we didn’t min this so much hens we are aware that not everyone is English speaking and that okey.

It is a really good hotel for visiting Milano - it is situated in the quiуt place, there are several food shops within 5 minutes distance of it, all attractions are easily accessible by tram or metro train during 10-15 mins, there are now a lot of tourists and noisy parties near the hotel, awesome traditional Italian restaurants are situated within 15 mins of walk. The staff and receptionists are separate them - they are very hostable, communicable and friendly. Special big-big thanks to the Hotel for the very early check-in - we arrived at approximately 10 o'clock, but it was not a problem and our room was already ready, and we did not lose a day in Milano. As an additional bonus, we accepted a welcome drink prosecco. The Hotel has very good breakfasts and you may book them day by day when you need them, they also can be served in the room. Special 'Grazie' for very fast wifi. We definitely may recommend this Hotel for visiting Milano and I hope I'll be able to return there in the future.

The hotel in Milan turned out to be a wonderful place to stay during my trip. Firstly, the location of the hotel was perfect - just a few minutes' walk from the main attractions and shopping streets of the city. I could easily reach the Duomo, La Scala opera house, and fashionable boutiques. The hotel offered a wide range of comfortable rooms that were well-equipped and tastefully decorated. I liked that the room was clean and well-maintained, and it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay - from a comfortable bed to modern amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist and answer all my questions. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast that offered a great variety of dishes, including fresh fruits and pastries. The hotel also provided amenities such as a fitness center and spa salon, where I could relax after a long day of sightseeing. This was definitely a pleasant addition to my stay. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel in Milan. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay in this beautiful city.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Kudos for that. Hotel is nice, and the area boasts a great dining and shopping offer. One also has good connections to other parts of the city thanks to the subway stations in the vicinity. Anyhow the distance to Palazzo Sforzesco and Duomo is quite walkable.

Hotel prices in Milano are crazy, so that would be the only thing I disliked.

The location was very close to the M5 metro line, which was helpful for us, you can get by with metro only without any problems. There's also an outstanding gelato shop nearby.

Given the cost, don't expect any luxury. There are few photos of the bathroom for a reason - it's nothing much. Ours had a leak of the showehead, for example. Overall it was fine for the price.

The hotel is close to a subway station that gives access to the rail line that goes to the airport, so our departure experience was easy without needing to call a taxi. You can walk to the main touristic attractions, but you can also easily use the subway if you prefer. The breakfast was very good and inexpensive in comparison with the same meal type in restaurants in the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed and linens were of great quality. The room we booked was not available, so they upgraded us for free, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Breakfast variaty very good. Location is very good. Hotel is comfortable. Size of the room is nice. Administrators speak good english and the staff is very helpful.

At breakfast you have to ask for a coffee from the staff. It would be comfortable to be able to choose my coffe from machine. Sometimes the door key dont work, luckily staff fixed the problem right away.

The hotel location is great. The room is comfortable and the cleaning is perfect. The breakfast was delicious, and you can pick from various options. Parking garage is available. The hotel met our expectations, really. We were a family of 5 they gave us a connecting rooms.

Lovely hotel, a little outside the center. It's easy to get into the city by metro, and you can walk, but it isn't so close. Loved everything about the hotel itself, great room, comfortable, clean, quiet, good service, good breakfast.

No gym, but that was known ahead of time. One of the lifts also wasn't working.

Stay was great, it was a good hotel in a good location near transit options and walking distance to the MiCo exhibition hall. Staff was excellent, especially Daniele - he gave a couple of superb dining recommendations which were some of the highlights of my trip. Would fully recommend.
