Breakfast had a huge spread, and even gluten free options, not just one. The food was also refilled promptly and catered to different preferences. Location was great. Very close to metro station, had markets on Tues and Sat mornings, and buses/trams not too far away. Having a supermarket across the street was also very convenient! Room was nicely cool in the heat of summer.

Shower space was a little small. Single room also came with single beds. Would be great if the beds were upgraded to super singles! Also, would have appreciated complimentary tea and coffee in the room, as well as some complimentary water.

Our stay was pleasant. We're attending a business conference. But my wife got a bad cold (who doesn't these days). The staff at the hotel was "extremely" helpful. Particularly at the breakfast. They really tried their best in making our stay more comfortable and less painful, given the particular condition. And so was the cleaning and reception staff. Despite the needs of reconstruction of some of the parts in the building/rooms the personnel response and attitude to situations like this makes the Hotel a five star !!!. THANK YOU ALL.

The carpets at the room need a capital refurnishing as well as some of the furniture

The location is good. 15-30 mins driving from the airport depending on the traffic. There is a traditional market right next to the gate on Saturday and Tuesday. The staff were friendly and professional. They can call a taxi for you that usually arrives in 5 mins. The whole hotel has a historical vibe. It's beautiful and comfortable.

The only disadvantage is the noise around the hotel. In the morning and evening, you may hear people talking on the street. During the late night, the noise would decrease so it's not that big deal for us.

The staff was welcoming and nice, ready to help and explain how to go places. The location of the hotel is good. There is a metro station 5 minutes away and you can also get there by tram from another direction, like 10 minutes away. The only thing is that once or twice per week there’s organised a local market, on that street so expect to be a lot of people however we enjoyed visiting the market and experiencing more of the Milan life. Across the street from the hotel there is a big store and you can buy local stuff as well, there are quite a lot of places to go to eat.

Some of the things in the hotel looked old and for some reason the bathtub looked like it has traces of rust, maybe from the water. Also, the entrance door in the room doesn’t touch the floor and there is noise coming out from the corridor.

Good price and quality compared to other hotels in Milano. - Location close to metro station that allows connections to city center or central station. - A supermarket very close to the hotel. - The personal of the hotel was very kind and supportive. - Good breakfast, it worths taking the breakfast included (we paid the breakfast separate). - The room was clean and confortable, it was ok for us.

The location of the hotel is perfect, very good availability, many good restaurants around, also supermarket right across the street. You can use city bikes to ride right to the city centre and it is a beautiful ride.

It kind of needs a refresh but even though the hotel might be a but older now, everything was clean, so it was really not a big deal.

The staff we’re nice and friendly the accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us even though it was not in the city center. We arrived on a Friday, On Saturday morning there was like a market outside so the road was filled with stalls, it was a nice experience.

All in all I didn’t really find anything I don’t like from this place, I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Excellent location. Walking distance to supermarket (across the street)and public transport. We travelled by metro all the time which was 4 minutes by walk from hotel. Metro is very convenient for restaurants and bars (within 15-20 minutes) and other attractions in Milan. Hotel was very clean, rooms are spacious, and staff is very friendly. Great breakfast options.

Only bad thing was their wifi. Perhaps the wifi is bad in the rooms but thats where its needed the most. It kept disconnecting every few minutes and asked to sign in again.

The breakfast is really good and lots of variety. The location is good enough to reach the city center The decoration of the room and the balcony is really nice

There is lots of free car park option but the staff guide you to park your car to their garage with and extra charge The bathroom is not so comfortable especially closet has some problems.

excellent breakfast with many varieties. Clarissa who checked us in was very helpful. She gave us recommendations on places to visit on our request and extended our check out for an hour to match our train schedule.
