Very spacious room. Lovely staff at all areas. Very accommodating with anything required. The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was delicious in a very cosy environment. The hotel is very close to a tram station but well away from the city centre.

Rooms and bathroom would benefit from a refurbishment. Plugs need another adaptor to become European (better not to find this out late at night). Also I would have really appreciated some coffee machine in the room as in most hotels around the world.

Hotel staff were lovely and really helpful. Our plug adaptor didn't work, but they had some spares behind reception that they let us use whilst we were there. The beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was better than expected as also included warm items - bacon, sausages, and scrambled egg. Location was good, just a few minutes walk from the Domodossola metro and train station. Looked to be quite a few restaurants in the area, but we didn't use them. We did use a little pizza/kebab takeaway further down the street on our first night, which was nice and very reasonably priced. Metro from Domodossola straight to San Siro was handy for us and was really easy and quick to get around all the places we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Milan.

The room was so hot on a night, did have air conditioning, but in the middle of the night, it was really hot. I'm not sure if the air con was working correctly. However, we opened up the windows, and that helped.

All staff were really lovely, very welcoming and helpful, especially the woman at the restaurant. She comes and offers me coffee each morning at breakfast. Her smile is just very comforting, which made my entire stay great! I did not get her name, but thank you for looking after me. The room was clean and decent size. There’s housekeeping service everyday. It’s quiet, which was very important for me. Location is also great. Close to all public transport. Overall, I was very happy with my stay.

It’s a bit pricey. However, I could not fault them on that. Nearly all hotels were expensive, but this one was on average.

Upon entering our room at Hotel Nasco, we were greeted by an immaculate space that exuded a sense of cleanliness and tranquility. Ah, the serenity it provided! With its whisper-quiet operation, it became a soothing companion throughout the night. Absolutely lovely hotel to stay. The hotel is located close to a metro station and even closer to a tram stop. The staff were exceptionally delightful. One time we had a problem with getting a power adaptor for our gadget and the gentleman in the reception helped us. The room was spacious with a nice bathtub! Also the breakfast had a good selection pastries to try. Not to mention the lady in the breakfast buffet was also very kind to everyone!

The breakfast was great, freshly cooked and so much of it. They were kind to let us come in at 10am. The hotel itself was spotless and so were the rooms. They were cleaned every day and the cleaners were great. The room size was fantastic and had enough rooms for 2 people for 2 nights. The location was great, you’re about a 3k walk from everything and then if not the train/metro is only 2 mins away and will connect you to everywhere. The staff were lovely and so helpful with all our questions as well as printing stuff for us. Would definitely revisit the hotel! Exception service and cleanliness

Nothing to note, free water could have been provided in the room however there’s a shop next door selling water for €0.49 so not too bad.

Absolutely nothing

The room I stayed in was spatious, confortable and very clean. The hotel has 24 hours reception and the staff is very professional. I enjoyed the breakfast. The area is good, it has shops, farmacy and even some fast food places close by. There are many parking places on the street for the visitors coming by car (not free). The hotel is close to the City Life shopping mall (10 mins walk).

It is 5 mins away from the metro Domodossola, which is not directly connected to the train station and the center, so it takes some 30 mins to change and reach Duomo. There are two trams going directly there, but I prefered the subway. However, the hotel is in a good area and, in a sunny day, you can walk to the center.

Our group occupied four rooms on the third floor. We stayed in room 310. The room met all the needs we had. The breakfast was very good (make sure to realise that there is a second room beyond the first breakfast room). The parking under the hotel was very secure (however, expect to leave the car there for the whole stay, since taking it in and out is difficult). The tram that runs in front of the hotel takes you directly to the old city.

Great location for football stadium. Shops and cathedral. Trams and rail links outside the hotel. The hotel was fantastic value for money. It was clean and comfy and the maid service was good. Great choice of food for breakfast and nice lounge/ coffee area. Very friendly staff. Would stay again and recommend to others
