The room was a good size and the facilities were great, especially the minibar. The bed was large and comfortable. We received fresh towels every day. The location was good as there is a tram stop directly outside the door and a metro station about 5 mins walk away. There is a full spa available on the top floor, with a great jacuzzi and steam room, as well as amazing views over the city.

The location, whilst good, can be slightly tricky to get to late at night when the metro service stops and the trams are reduced.

1. The design is unique and the location was perfect for the conference center. 2. The cleaning staff were outstandingly nice.

(1) The front of the hotel is undergoing renovation. When I arrived the lady at the front desk gave me a room at the front of the hotel where the workers could literally look in the window at me. I demanded a room change. This did leave a bit of a bad taste as this seems to be a recurring phenomenon for m e. (2) In the second room the lighting required fixing on the first day. There was an issue with the contact sytem with the card.

it was clean , the wooden furniture was oak and old giving the room a vintage feel. the wallpaper was a perfect match to everything else. every day the room was cleaned and there was an option to put a card on the bed so they would just make the bed and not change the linen , very green . there was a fridge with drinks and beers which could be charged on to your bill. they helped on familiarisation on transport systems . bathroom is very modern with a mirror you light up , l think bloggers use it as it gives a circle reflection in your eye . there was fresh gowns daily , they have the hot springs on the top floor for €20 which are amazing and exquisite.there is a little balcony and French doors.

l prefer having an electric jug instead of just a coffee machine l like my coffee basic .

The room was decorated tastefully and we were warmly welcomed upon arrival. We especially enjoyed being able to park our car securely and take the elevator right up to the hotel. As we drove in for a weekend stay, this saved us time and energy, which we really appreciated. The staff was fantastic and we had the most wonderful time. We will most definitely be back!

Even though the windows are very well insulated, you can hear the tram rumble in the morning. It didn’t bother us much, but light sleepers might want to pack some earplugs.

Really easy to get to from the motorway/autoroute and secure underground parking. It's a bit out of town but the hotel has a really efficient arrangement with local taxi firms for easy access anywhere. Staff are very pleasant and super helpful. The downstairs reception areas and restaurants are very spacious, decorative and relaxing. Food at both breakfast and dinner was first class. The room itself was a decent size and very comfortable, with en suite bathroom.

The upstairs areas have a bit of a feel of office or school corridors but they're just for access. The surrounding area was very, very quiet with little choice for eating out. I'm told most Milanese leave the city at the time we stopped there so that may explain it. It felt a bit odd though.

The front desk team were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They helped us book taxis, spa, a restaurant and offered recommendations. They were polite and always welcomed us with a smile 😊 the room was beautifully cleaned and maintained and the hotel is super trendy. We used the tram service into the center of Milan and it was super easy and runs frequently. Taxis are very expensive so if you can avoid it the trams/bus/metro are a small fraction of price and available. Reception area smells soooo good and we always looked forward to walking into the hotel.

This is a very nice, interesting (in a good way) hotel, especially for the price in 2023. We had a beautiful, huge, nicely decorated, very clean room with tall ceilings and good storage (could use another luggage rack), though not much of a view, which was fine for us. Lots of comfy options for sitting in the very commodious and generous public areas, along with a bar (we didn't use) and a dining room (which we used, twice). Food in the restaurant was very good (also service very attentive), both for dinner and the morning breakfast buffet.

I found check in at the table (?) a little confusing, as it wasn't clear who was being served, or who was next up. For me, the bed was a bit too hard, and we have what's considered to be a pretty hard mattress at home in the States, though with a fluffy pad on top, to accommodate my arthritis. I found this to be pretty consistent in Europe, though. Our single night here didn't see us even looking for any restaurants outside the hotel, as it was raining, we got in late and decided to just use the in-house restaurant.

I really like the designed lobby and chill-out zone, the nice designed restaurant and simply but fine decorared hotel room. The bathroom was practical with window and enough space for 2 persons. I love the breakfast and very friendly staff. There is close the public transport like tram or metro station in walk distance. In area nearby you can find a lot of restaurants or aperitivo bars. The City Life shopping is also not very far away. We have safe parking in the hotel garage for a fee.

Only wat was annoying, was the old style noisy tram in the from of windows, when it starts early in the moring. There are acoustic glasses, but doesnt evoid it so much.

Breakfast was very good, they had amazing juices, the chef was super nice and fast and croissant variety was quite wide. They were making the coffee/cappuccino for you unlike most hotels with an automatic machine that makes questionable coffee. The restaurant also offers a very nice atmosphere for dinner, food was very nice.

The garage has a very steep access ramp, which for small cars (Not SUV) can make the bottom of your bumper touch especially when coming inside the garage, but not when leaving the garage.

Lovely hotel situated just outside Milan centre, which made it ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre… Tram stop right outside and metro stop 5 min walk away which made it so easy to get to and from, wherever you are in the city once you figure out how to work them. Rooms lovely and spacious, very clean. Staff lovely and friendly, very helpful. And they have a lovely spa on the rooftop that needs booking but ideal for some downtime! All in all a lovely hotel which I’m glad I found!!!
