The room was exactly how it was shown in the pictures provided on the website. I loved the room, big enough for two people. The beds were comfy, My favorite part was the bathroom, every time I took a shower there was plenty of hot water.

It was very noisy in the morning. I would be up at 7 in the morning because people outside were making loud noises. We arrived on Saturday morning, and when we arrived there was a market full of people. I could not see the White Ribbon building because of the amount of people in front of the building. On Tuesday morning when we checked out of the hotel, there was a market taking place again, big crowds full of people everywhere.

Too less table space, small shelves instead of bed tables, some metal construction instead of wardrobe, small fridge only for small water bottle, no chairs on the balcony, thin door, cleaning staff was quite loud using hoover since morning hours

It was clean, the neighbourhood was safe, the metro station was very close and we were able to reach Duomo and Milano Centrale very fast. It was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming and they cleaned each day during our stay.

It was a problem with the towels in our first day, the towels were dirty, but we got help right away from the staff and they change it.

the location was very nice, with calm neighborhoods and close to public transportation. the room was very clean and renovated. the facilities were clean and complete.

the heating system did not work, even I said it to staff but they forgot to fix it. the hot water time for showers was a bit short.

On the whole, I found what I was expecting and looking for...a clean room, a good bed, and a good shower, and also a nearby Metro station. I will definitely return to this property.

A very very minor point......maybe daily replenishing of tea bags/coffee sachets and stirrers as I like to have a coffee/tea as soon as I wake up. But it wasn't an issue.

Great location close to the tram and train stations. Nice warm room on arrival and everything was clean and comfortable. Easy self-check in process. The host messaged us following our first night to make sure the self-check in went fine. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Had a wonderful and huge bathroom. The tv and the fridge were an added advantage. Had a very comfortable stay there.

The check in process could've been smoother. Recommend calling the staff before you reach to avoid any hassle.

Good sized room with good aircon. Bonus having small fridge for bottle of water.

There was a major issue with the supply of hot water. Just enough for one shower so the second person had to have a cold shower. Not nice

The apartment was spacious with space for clothes and a comfortable desk. The bathroom was huge. We were very impressed by the service of the employees and the fact that they cleaned the room every day.

Comfortable bed, good apartment and close to the city centre (30 mins to get to the park in centre)

Fridge is very small (not a problem for me but mb will be for somebody else)
