Location, clean room, helping stuff and did i said location is great, all subway and train stations are in few minutes walk.

No hot water in bathroom. Breakfast 🥐 only croissant and coffee(should be advertised as that),

Location is right in the heart of Milan, they offer a great complementay breakfast of coffee and croissants at the cafe just down the road. The rooms were clean. This is excellent value for the price.

We had the room at the end of the hall, which had terrible internet. I think the internet would have been okay in rooms closer to the lobby, but was non-existent in our room. So as long as you don't need strong internet would for sure recommend this place.

The staff was friendly. We arrived at night and we didn't have any water. The receptionist was very nice and gave us a bottle of water. The place was quiet and located on a nice street.

The walls were thin, but our neighbors were pretty quiet. Also, it would be nice to have the option to get some breakfast at the hotel.

The staff at Reception desk is very friendly. The location is perfect - 20 mins walking distance to the Duomo, much faster with the subway, which is 2-3 mins from the hotel. The hotel is located on very busy boulevard with lots of stores - perfect for shopping lovers and not so much for those who prefer a quiet place :). Near the hotel there are a few nice places to eat, much cheaper than the the restaurants near the Duomo and of course, not so fancy. The breakfast is only a coffee/tee and a croissant but it was fine for us. The reception is 24h and you leave the key there before you go for a walk.

No specific thing that we didn't like. I just want to mention that probably because the building is old, there is some kind of specific smell on the stairs. The room was fine for the money, but it is not a luxury hotel so don't expect too much.

The shared bathroom was a bit tricky, because you couldn't even lock the door. However it was clean. You have your own shower in your room. In the end you know what you signed up for since they clearly state in the booking that you're going to have a shared bathroom.

Great location, surrounded by good local restaurants and cafes which are much cheaper priced than in the centre of Milan. 10mins walk to Centrale Station. Easy access to ebikes and escooters, just download the app and you are good to go. Staff are excellent and always willing to help anytime of day/night. Loved the new bathroom 👌🏼

Beautiful scenery surrounds the area. The room was super clean with a knit design. We recommend this place very much. Car parking is available, and the place is gated. We were able to find our way around town and were given many recommendations by the hosts.

The vicinity to the M1 subway as well as railway station. The hotel is strategically located straight into the main road of shopping, close to cafe', restaurants and anything you might need on a holiday.

The room I was given was very close to the reception area, could hear people coming and going the whole night. It was really noisy and I struggled to sleep. I asked to be changed in another room and they were able to accomodate my request for the last night. I had no problems the laat noght.

The hotel is close to the city center. It’s definitely a plus. It’s convenient for exploring and experiencing everything Milan has to offer. the staff are friendly and accommodating. Plus, having Abdulkerim who speaks Turkish is a great advantage! It is nice to have someone who understands your language and can assist you.
