In general, everything was in accordance to expectations and the comments found here.

The single biggest issue with my stay here is that the bathroom's water heater really really s**ks! Considering it's late spring in Italy, so the temperatures are slightly more bearable. But even so I was shivering every time I walked out of the shower. There is NO sustained heated water beyond 10~30 seconds so I tried to do everything within 5 minutes. Goosh I know there's a war going on in Europe that pushes up energy prices, but pls if you must cut, cut from the aircon or lighting. Why cut from the water heater? I complained to a young chap earlier during my stay but he said that no customers have complained. So I suppose nobody in the world likes a decent hot shower? The only positive thing is that it undoubtedly made a lasting impact on me during my 5 nights stay here.

I stayed for 2 nights, booked 1 dormitory bed, see photo on the right side, for € 86.89 including breakfast and received unexpected a towel (free of charge) aswell. You get to choose unlimited toast, cheese and ham (?) yogurt, croissants, coffee or tea etc. You have one common area and there is a kitchen on a different floor. Also there is plenty of space to walk in the rooms. Furthermore bathrooms depending on the choice you made are either in or out the room. There is a nearby metro station and with 3 max 4 stops you reach city center. It has a small table and chargepoint.

Unfortunately you have to unfold the table in order to use the charge point. TV screen is just for promotion.

It wasn’t too far from the station. Easy check in and out. Simple breakfast was included which was a nice touch. You can borrow a lock for the lockers for a deposit which you get back. It was comfortable for the night.

Because of the metal beds and lockers you can hear when they are being accessed. As it’s a hostel people are coming and going at different times. Because I’m a light sleeper I could hear the majority of comings and goings, however, I didn’t arrive until 11pm and was leaving early next morning so it suited my needs for the stop over for the night.

The team was exceptionally friendly. Everyone, cleaners included. The stay was enjoyable thanks to them. Overall, the place was most likely a bit pricey but I assume it was due to the fashion week and so, the high demand.

Roommates, unfortunately, the team has nothing to do with that but you can end up with respectful people or the opposite... I had a bunch of guys not caring much about coming back into the room and talking loudly for 30min. Same goes for the bathroom/shower, you can be with clean people and everything will be alright like you can end up with disgusting ones.

I liked the privacy the pods gave me

I didn’t like there wasn’t much of a social aspect in the bar and reception area - staff didn’t encourage this

They granted me a down cabin, which I'm super grateful, because visiting the toilet at night is difficult from upper one. Excellent staff and they took me in on a late night airport arrival. The guy in the reception was very nice and friendly. Also easy check in. Bed was comfy and clean. Nice linens and pillow.

One toilet and shower for the whole floor is not enough. There were a lot of hair on the bathroom floor. When going to the shower then you have nowhere to but your things. Also no wifi. They give you a paper with the passcode, but the router doesn't exist or the guest one didn't work. I had to hold the locker open with my head to fit my stuff in, so a bit uncomfortable. The light in the cabin was super bright for a late night- should have a dimmer one.

Really fantastic concept for a solo traveller who needs a place to wash up and sleep for a few hours. About 15 min walk from Milano Centrale train station, the area felt safe along the route even at night. Reception is open 24/7, staff speaks great English, was very welcoming and the breakfast (included with accommodation) was surprisingly various yet simple. Each pod has a security lock, its own power plug, and lights, and linen/towels are provided. Size wise I think you can compare it to a half sized (floor space) sleeping carriage of the train without a bunkbed above you 😀

Breakfast was basic but sufficient. Great location and concept of cabins is really grate. Great privacy and very friendly staff. Bathrooms were okay although they could have been tidier. A water cooler or somethign similar would have been appreciated.

The control panel from which the cabin features can be controlled was not functioning properlly. Also there was no fan or ventilator in the cabin, meaning that it was at times very hot inside the cabin. The self service vending machine on the second floor was not working, and the metal cabinets made a massive noise everytime they were closed.

The staff was really friendly. I loved that there were normal sized glasses for juice at the breakfast and not those tiny ones hotels usually have. The sleeping cabins provided a lot of privacy in the shared room.

The bathrooms were always wet and a little dirty but i think it’s rather the guests fault than the staffs. I‘d recommend maybe separating the showers and toilets, so the whole bathroom isn’t blocked when someone‘s taking a long shower. And maybe add a little note reminding the guests about cleaning up after themselves and keeping quiet during the night (e.g. not blowdrying your hair at 1am)

The breakfast was not the best, was lacking vegetables and fruits. Fresh juices. Other options rather than just carbs and carbs. I do liked a lot that some of the staff was very helpful specially some of the girls and that they always had tenis matches on the tv hahaha

The first night the AC was not working and it seemed that they never cleaned the bathroom. It was nice that the bathroom was shared per room but it would be good to be cleaned often. It was pretty smelly. I stayed 3 days and all the time it had a smell =S. I also kinda lost something there, I am sure it was lost on my bunk bed and wrote inmediatly to the hostel and they said they didnt found it. Anyhow, that might be true or not...who knows
