There was no enough instruction for the Internet …. specially after self chicken, misleading for the room location, and receiving a late message that my room is in the side building, not in the main building ,climbing up two floors with heavy bags and lots of keys to open many doors …. receptionist personnel was very rude on the second day, almost yelling at me to pay my bill, even though it was paid already through Booking.com, but he has no record of that, I end up getting charged twice, and I will dispute the charge throughbooking.com

- The toilet sitting part should be changed sińce the ring were not stably fitting, i had to try to balance the myself but was not the best comfort. If wouldn't have been for this issue i would have have 10.

I have stayed at Naviglio81 many times...such professional service. It is VERY clean and comfortable and exceeded my expectations.close to many shops etc and public transport which makes it easy to reach the Dome and heart of Milan. Naviglio81 is one of my favorite B&B...will definatley come back

the room is beautiful, clean and warm. tv has Netflix! coffee machine and water boiler works great . it is calm during the night and the cleaning lady(witch didn’t speak English) was so nice!

During the first night, the heaters were turned off for a few hours, which cooled the room, but it didn't happen again.. it was a little far from the city center

Kitchen is more of a storage room than a kitchen which wouldn't be a problem it was stocked with things like bottle opener, knife or cutlery... It wasn't.

The room and bathroom were big. We had tea and coffee to use. In bathroom everything you need. The towels were clean, with fresh smell

A lil bit cold in the room and bathroom. The heat was stopped from 15 of April according to authorities. I wish we had a bottle of liquid desinfectant to use in the bathroom just for safety.

We needed to check-in earlier than expected and the room was ready in max 5 minutes after we annunced. The room was clean and cozy, great host and great location at 15 minutes of Navigli bars. If we ever visit in Milano, we will come to stay here again.

In the first day we found the private external bathroom door unlocked 2 times after we checked if it was closed. This happened only in day 1. We stayed there for 4 night and the problem hasn’t repeat.

The owner was helpful! The room is big. Had internet. Great location to Plaza Duomo . Great location to the metro too. Enjoyed my night here
