The hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, really easy to find, close to all means of transport. Very close to Naviglio. From the beginning our stay was really nice. The receptionist was very attentive to our needs she answered all the questions we had helping us a lot in getting around. Our room was on the 3rd floor which was kind of tiring since they don't have an elevator. The room was good, like the pictures, spacy, clean. The bathroom had all the necessities (shampoo, soap, hairdryer etc). Something we liked a lot was that the balcony had double doors to prevent cold and noises. The view from the balcony was amazing.

The room and the bathroom had a strange smell. The walls were very thin and you could hear a lot of noises from the rooms next to you.

First off - DONT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!! Great quality for the money. The location is great as it's a 18min walk or a 5 min tram ride to the centre of Milan city which brings you up a shopping street with plenty of attractions to visit on the way. The main night area around the canal is a 12 min walk or a 3 min tram ride. The tram is a 1 min walk around the corner from the hotel and the underground metro is a 7 min walk. The trams seem to be quite frequent and run til after midnight. Plus it's cheap- €2 per ride or you can get a 3 day ticket for €12. The area feels very safe with families about and has plenty of little coffee shops, small shops for groceries as well as pharmacies. I noticed 2 petrol stations and there is a lidl not too far down the road. If you want to stay local the restaurant next door is fantastic and they sell nice wines and beer. Plus there is another restaurant across the canal that is quite nice too. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Their English was great and we were always met with a smile - even in the dead of night! Our twin room was spacious enough for what we paid and it was ensuite. The air conditioning seemed new and work brilliantly. There was a full length mirror and a bathroom mirror (for all the ladies travelling together needing a few mirrors!) We had a medium size flat screen tv which worked fine and a small desk too. We had about 6 towels that were all decent quality. The bedsheets were good quality too. For the money spent I found this to be a great place to stay a few days.

Our shower head was a bit broken but the water was warm and we got by. It's not a spa Some people might be put off by a slight bit of rust on the towel holder but they need to remember how much they paid!

The staff was great and really helpful. The hotel is in a nice neighbour, very close to Naviglio and the metro station. The room was good and clean, like the pictures. The bathroom had all the necessities. The view from the balcony was amazing. I totally recommend! I will certainly come back! Ps: The best cappuccino I could have had!

The staff were fantastic. Very, very helpful in my hour of need! The cleanliness of the room couldn't be faulted. A good location with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The room was very basic and a little rundown - the phone had no handset, for example. The bathroom was very small, and not easy to use.

the property is located in a very well connected zone, the staff is always available and polite. they helped us in a moment of difficulty, and it was appreciated. the room is essential, containing everything you need for a comfortable stay. in case of need, I will certainly come back!

Small room The breakfast is average at best - but again for this price of the hotel..

Price is very cheap for that location, so expectations were not big. Furniture isn't special, but everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Personal was very friendly, and ready to help in anny situation. I recommend it warmly.!

I really like everything about this hotel, staff is excellent, room is just like on the picture and it is really clean and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
