Great location near Centrale Train Station. Hotel is modern, clean and quiet. Room and bathroom large. We even had a small, private patio to enjoy our evening wine. Good restaurants nearby. Overall very comfortable.

They have a "rule" that we had to give our key to the desk every time we left. I found this annoying. One time they gave us the wrong key when we returned, so I can't say this process improved my security. “Tea/Coffee Maker” is an electric kettle w/tea bags and Instant coffee Incomprehensible heat/ac control on the wall. Luckily we didn't need to adjust it.

The hotel isn't close to the city center but it is possible to go on foot, including most of the time I walked. If you don't want to go on foot, there is a metro station close to the hotel from where you can go to various places of the city. The hotel is also very close to Milan's central station. The room wasn't big but it was in my expectations. The trade in the area of the hotel is very good, it is possible to find good restaurants, supermarkets and ice cream parlors.

What could improve is the Wifi. The hotel's wifi is very slow and drops out frequently.

Fabulous location, very close to the central train station, very nice staff, clean rooms, good standard. Comfortable beds, life saving air condition! Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very nice and clean. It was near the Centrale station and the staff was quite friendly. We recommend it 100%.

When we came to the apartment, there was a pleasant surprise - a balcony! It was a super lovely extra! Responsive staff, the possibility to store bags after check-out!

Excellent location, 7 minutes walk from the Central station and 30 minutes walk to Milan Cathedral. Lots of good food locations around hotel. Mini markets within a 2 minute walk. Reception staff were lovely, check in was quick and informative. WiFi provided, check out smooth and room available for storing luggage until you're ready to leave. Tram stop near for tram 1 takes you everywhere you need (contactless card payment available on board).

Cleaning was not great. Floor was constantly covered in hair and the hotel as a whole could use a deep clean. Cups provided for tea / coffee, but no spoons. View from our room was onto a communal industrial yard or something (basically not an interesting view but benefit was that you could sleep with the window open as it didn't look out into the main street)

Very convenient and central location. Cafes, restaurants, bars and shops can be reached very easy and in walking distance. Also the main station Milano Centrale and the Metro are likewise just around the corner. I felt safe that they made the effort to always guard the keys of hotel guests while they are in town and checked who enters the hotel each time when a guest returns or someone else enters.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t every day as strong. Also the hotel could easily save water and energy costs by installing a water saving shower head and a flushing system for small business.

The hotel is very conveniently located. The main tourist attractions can be reached by subway or on foot. It is a 4-minute walk to the Central Railway Station and subway station. The hotel is small and located in a quiet street. The staff is very pleasant and willing to help. There was a kettle in the room, I really liked that. If you have a late flight, the hotel allows you to leave your luggage at reception until the time you need it.

The door to the room and the lock in it were old and it took effort to close the door. It didn't always work from the first time. But in general everything was fine.

Tea/coffee not topped up so had to ask reception for coffee daily which they were happy to accommodate but would have been nice not to keep asking. No milk provided in room so again has to ask reception. Ended up buying my own in the end. Air con didn’t work so was given a fan which did the job.

Good accommodation! Not far away from the centre 25-30min walking , nice district with a lot cafeterias and restaurants and really good prices. The room was clean and with a pretty balcony . Corridors are a bit old fashioned , but rooms are renovated . Staff was super nice and friendly!! I really love it! They helped us with all questions and allowed to left a luggage for a few hours more. 1 star I take off because of problem with conditioner - it produced drops of water in the room’s hall and made our shoes we left near the door wet. We saw it only before to go to checkout. But staff fixed our problem fast . So, thanks a lot. It’s a good hotel:)

Air condition had a defect. Be careful, and don’t left ur things under.
