lovely staff, great location near the station and very well connected with metro and tram nearby, beautiful little courtyard garden for having breakfast, great sized double room and bathroom.

only negative was that sometimes the hotel lobby smelled of cigarettes - possibly due to guests smoking in the courtyard. it would be better if the courtyard was no smoking.

Unlike other reviews remark, I found the hotel up to date regarding furniture, etc. Price was more than reasonable, even though I stayed in while two fair were happening at the same time in the city. Good area. Clean and easily accessible, with an elevator, you're in your room in a matter of minutes after checking in with the great and kind team that is at reception. The place is peaceful, the building is charming, and it's great to have a little garden just by the door. Also, I was allowed to keep my two bags at reception while visiting a museum before leaving the city, and after the check-out time, which I really appreciated.

An easy walk from Milano Centrale, and an even easier walk to the shopping on Corso Buenos Aires, this sweet little hotel is in the perfect location. My 15yo daughter and I came for a bit of shopping and sightseeing, and this hotel was perfect for us. The neighborhood is very safe - the hotel is actually across the street from the police station, and there is a high school around the corner, so it's definitely a family friendly location. There is a grocery store 100m away, and a park with a small playground for little ones. Even though the police station is so close, it was quiet at night and we slept very well. The wifi is good, the breakfast simple but well rounded and a good value, and the entire hotel is spotless. The room decor is from an earlier time, but spotlessly clean, up to date bathroom, cute balcony, and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The very best thing about this hotel (really, it's a home-tel), is the family that owns it and their staff. Smiling, friendly, gracious and helpful, they made us feel comfortable and welcome. We will only stay here when we come back to Milan (which we will, in large part because of our stay here).

Loved the location close to train station, we love to walk so were happy to walk to the sites which were a good 30 mins away.

Our room was in the attic so was a bit annoying as there were beans on an angle in the bedroom and the bathroom. You had to crouch every time you went into bed. I banged my head twice, ouch!! Ask for a normal room if you stay there. It did look nice though but the window was very high so couldn’t really see out.

The hotel has a beautiful small garden in the front where you cand relax and have a coffee or wine from the bar at the reception, perfect after a whole day of visiting Milan. Fresh breakfast with plenty of options. The location was perfect for sightseeing Milan, near every important museum or park or central attraction. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The staff was pleasant.

The room itself was small and the furniture was outdated, but it was clean and well kept.

the location is great in the middle of central station and Lima station. the staffs are very friendly and supportive with many recommendations the restaurant in Milan.

the toilet flush sometimes not working properly and the plug socket for charging electronic devices in the room cannot charge sometimes

Loved the location, the beautiful little garden, the staff and the overall vibe was excellent!

The only complaint I might have is that the shower head was quite high up - perfect for someone tall but I am only 5 feet! Perhaps they could add a mount a bit lower down? But to be honest, I loved this hotel so much that I quite happily managed the shower!

Staff was accommodating and personable, they remembered us and our room number. We loved having access to the courtyard, was a lovely retreat in Milan to have. I clean Airbnb’s for living and this place was clean! Quiet location dispite being close to Central Station, bars and restaurants. I felt like it enhanced our Italian vacation to stay here, it felt authentic. I would stay again.

Nice hotel, very well furnished for a 3-star hotel, rooms are spacious, bed is large. It has all the necessary amenities. Close to the station and public transport, but not noisy.

It is a bit overpriced for what you get, and we had to pay an extra city tax, which was not included, overall 20 euros more than what I would consider fair, but nothing exaggerated.

I absolutely loved my stay here! it was amazing! everything was super great! the room was nice in a really great location, was convenient for me since I was arriving and leaving from the central station, which is really close! the room was super clear, the bathroom especially! always pay attention to it! stuff was really helpful! definitely going to stay here again!
