Great small hotel situated beside Milano Centrale station. So convenient for the station, Metro ( just a couple of stops from Duomo station) and the buses to the airports leave from outside the door of the hotel. Recently refurbished to a really great standard. Rooms very comfortable and clean, staff helpful and pleasant. Buffet breakfast available at a good price. Mercado Centrale across the street is vibrant lively place with fabulous options of food just across the street. Don’t miss this place. We would recommend the hotel as a very convenient place to use as a base for a visit to Milan.

Hotel has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. Cleaning, including in our room was excellent. Location is ideal if you are a tourist. It is just outside Milan Central Station with access to overland train services and the Metro (easy to use, you can just tap and go with a credit card as in London) All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary very good coffee available in reception. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. We would stay here again if we revisit Milan.

The entrance to the hotel is through iron gates (press buzzer and they open) Then you take a rather ancient lift to the first floor where the hotel is situated. There is a different hotel on each floor of this building. The room could do with more shelving, especially in the bathroom. For breakfast you go to a different hotel on the third floor. At only 7 Euros each it is good value for money.

The hotel is in very good location, right by the station. The room was clean, modern, and spacious and had all amenities (e.g., shampoo, soap, facial cotton, slippers shower cap, etc.). The AC in the room worked well and had a small fridge which was useful to keep drinks and some food cold for the hot summer days. There was also a coffee machine in the lobby that was free for guests. The people at the reception were always very kind and helpful.

We would have appreciated if there were two chairs in the room as we were 2 travelers and one person had no chair to sit. Other than that, everything was great.

Just over the road from the triaain station, this small hotel is ideal if travelling in and out of Milan by train. The room was clean, and the air-conditioning was nice and cold on the hot July day we visited. There was a decent selection of items in the room. Very good value for money.

When we entered the room, it smelled aufully of drains. I suspect it was due to stagnant water in the bathroom, as after we flushed, and kept the air con on for a while the smell went away. But the smell upon entering was really bad, and it should have not been like that. While very conveneint , the area around the train station is, as usual, quite down at heel.

Great location right next to Milan central rail station, coach station and metro station making getting around the city and to the airport very easy. Plenty of amenities in the surrounding area with many restaurants within easy walking distance. Spacious room with good sized bathroom.

Breakfast was included in the price but was very basic, essentially consisting of snacks and a coffee machine. However, there were plenty of alternative options in the local area.

From the moment I stepped into the Hotel Central Station, i I knew I was in for a treat. The hotel boasts an impeccable location, just a stone's throw away from the bustling city center and conveniently close to public transportation, including direct links to the airport. The rooms and facilities were spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness that is all too rare. It was a breath of fresh air to walk into such a well-maintained establishment. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff* Every individual, from the adorable receptionists, Ms. Jessica and Ms. Malika to the cleaner Ms. Tamara, exuded a level of humility and accommodation that made me feel right at home. Their genuine care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. As for the breakfast, it was a delightful surprise. While the offerings were simple, each dish was delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. It was the perfect start to my day, complemented by the warm and accommodating service from the staff and server. In terms of value, Hotel Central Station stands unmatched. The experience they provide, coupled with the reasonable pricing, as its newly renovated hotel. makes it an absolute steal. In conclusion, my stay was nothing short of perfect. I wholeheartedly give Hotel Central Station a 10/10 rating and recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay.

None. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT

Great location opposite Milan Central Station. The hotel was a bit tricky to figure out at first. It was (from memory) located on the 2nd floor of the building. There were different hotels occupying each of the different levels, so that was a bit "weird". But once I checked in and got into my room, I was absolutely blown away at how good everything was. It was a compact single room, but for less than €80 in Milan - I was not expecting a huge room. But it was well appointed, simply decorated and the bathroom was modern. I even had a little balcony facing a quiet courtyard. Very cute. There's a kettle in the room, but was supplied only 1 teabag, which I think was a little bit of a letdown considering how great everything else was. I was supplied with slippers and the dental kit - I did not expect that at all. The bed was comfortable and the sheets felt wonderful on my skin. Overall, I had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat.

The bathroom window was open when I walked in and there was a mosquito in the room. There was only 1 teabag in the room. Two would have been lovely - one before bed and one before breakfast.

I traveled with my little girl so I would like to stay at the hotel located close to Central Railway Station. I could say that this is the best location which is very close to the station just 3 mins walk, plus very close to the very big food courts which provide variety of food e.g. fresh seafood platters, Italian food, steak, Japanese sushi, Chinese dumplings, crepes, donuts, anything you could ask for, and they open till midnight. This is the most covenient place to stay! The hotel is newly renovated and all the staffs are friendly and very helpful. I really recommend this place.

The room was small but spotlessly clean and well- designed so that it had everything you needed. Location was perfect, even though I was on the wrong side of the station for my airport transfer it was a quick and easy walk to get there. And the staff were friendly and helpful

My shower was broken so instead of a beautiful rainwater experience it was more like a waterfall. But the water was hot and plentiful so apart from making a bit of a mess of the bathroom it wasn't a huge issue

My room was big enough for 2 big bags and my two carry on size ones. Hanging space was available too. Desk and mini fridge came in handy. Bathroom was a good size too - very roomy. Location was great 5 min walk to cental station and buses to the airport literally a 1/2 min walk from the hotel. Very convenient location for buses and trains ; restaurants, sites and supermarkets too.

The area of the hotel had a few dodgy looking people but it's the same with all major cities. Sydney, London , new York etc.. Just need to have your wits about you and you'll be fine. I didn't have any personal issues but I'm a seasoned traveler so am a little more street smart.
