Pet friendly apartment-hotel, in a central location and with very friendly and welcoming staff. Private parking is also available. We would definitely come back here again. Grazie Mille!

The sound proofing to the upper floor in particular in the bedroom could be improved as we were hearing intimate moments from another couple …and we had to explain to our dogs 😆

We stayed in Suite 13. This is an excellent location first floor property, a less than 1 minute, 120m walk from Caiazzo Metro Station on the M2 line, a 3 minutes, 250m walk from Milano Centrale Station, and is spacious and well appointed with marble and wooden floors, beautiful feature period windows, plenty of cupboards, a very good kitchen with generous large fridge, cooking hob, and plenty of cooking aides and ingredients, recycling bins, an excellent bathroom, with very good shower and bath, nice toiletries and towels, an excellent bedroom with a very comfortable bed, a very comfortable lounge and dining room incorporating the kitchen with a double sofa bed, spare duvets, blanket and pillows, a sliding door separating the hallway outside the bathroom and bedroom from the lounge/diner/kitchen, a lovely period feature lift which I never used as it is a quick walk up and down lovely marble stairs (during this trip I was close to 62 and my wife close to 60), very lovely and helpful hosts and a very good ambience. A cleaning lady comes daily and empties the recycling bins, changes the kitchen cloth and towels and makes the bed. A must stay for us if we return to Milan.

Great size of the room. Big tv with a good sofa. Beds are hard but I preferr that so good for me. Location perfect with Central station 5 min away and Caiazzo metro 1 min away. Super friend staff. One of the better apartments I have rented in Milan, and I have tried many.

Great location (train station - 2 mins walk, city centre - 15-20 mins, tram station/metro is very close). Quiet place, kitchen utilities are all in there + some extras like olive oil, salt, and pepper. Very helpful stuff :)

Would be great to have a wine opener! Also, there was no cleaning soap for dishes nor sponge, so most of the dishes were a bit oily.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. It had everything we needed, with a balcony, lounge room, kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom. There are shutters on the windows that make it pitch black at night to sleep which we loved. It was very conveniently located near the central station for a short stay in Milan. Staff were very helpful in storing our luggage during the day. There is a laundry room available with detergent to use. It was very well priced.

If you are staying in Milan for more than a few days, you might want to stay in a more lively neighbourhood. This area was very quiet on the weekend and we had to walk about 8 minutes for cafes / groceries. However it was very comfortable and convenient for a short stay to be near the station.

A fully furnished flat that was very comfortable and convenient for us since we have been travelling for about three weeks. The place also have a free cloths washing machines and a dryer, this was a good bonus as it wasn't clear from the place facilities on the websites. The office is attended till 6pm whish is much better than other places where someone has to let you in. The staff particularly Atiilia were friendly and made checking-in and stay easy and pleasant. She gave us a lot of directions for places we wanted to see.

Milan is a big city and although the hotel was a few minutes from the main train station and a minute away from the very efficient metro system, most places of interest couldn't be reached walking but needed the metro. This is just an observation and not an expression of a negative point.

Very spacious apartment for us family of 4. It has 2 bedrooms, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, big TV, washing machine (2-in-1), elevator, air conditioner. We feel safe with double door locks for both entrance and our room. Very close to Milano Centrale station, only 5-10 minutes walk. Very nice and kind staff.

Master bedroom not soundproof, can hear motorcycle, trucks, and buses pass through. Not located on high floor (our is 2nd floor) and facing towards busy street, thus a bit noisy. Hot water tank is not enough for the 4 of us taking shower with warm water, when it comes to the 4th person taking a bath, there was no warm water left at all, need to wait more than 1.5 hours to have enough warm water to shower with.

A good choice for a holiday apartment in Milan. Excellently located in terms of transport, near Milano Centrale and Caiazzo metro. The apartment was really well equipped with many excellent amenities, even including spare plug adapters for guests to use. It's quite an old building but our apartment was really well maintained and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our 2 day stay.

Quite expensive, but it was for a fairly central location in an expensive city, and Europe is just insane in terms of accommodation prices right now in general, so I don't think this is solely down to the property.

Size, layout and furnishings of my Flat 44 were perfect for a 4 day stay. Bed super-comfortable. 14ft ceilings with huge windows and a balcony opening onto internal courtyard so minimal noise from outside - although noise from upstairs guests was something else. Lots of space to work and spread out and location is superb, just around the corner from Central Stazione (main train station - with shuttle bus from Bergamo Airport drop off and Metro access). Loved it!

No WiFi when no one's in the office downstairs 9am-5pm with a lunch break; so don't expect to be able to work online from there. However, that seems to be an issue in Italy.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient, giving me good advice about shopping and local transport. The apartment was very well equipped and super clean. I would stay there again.

After booking, I was concerned about access after hearing no staff would be there after 6pm on Sunday. I contacted the Residence directly and was reassured by the manager that he would explain the access system by email. I heard nothing and contacted them again and was then told that the manager would wait there for my arrival. However, I was able to call at the Residence when passing through Milan a few days beforehand and I was allowed to take the keys and shown the room. Access was complicated and I would have found it difficult without being shown.
