The apartment is huge, clean, and had everything we needed. It is 2-3 minutes walk to the Duomo & shopping. It is located in a very decent area so we always felt safe. There are several restaurants right outside the apartment and a couple of convenience stores nearby. Sole, our host, was very nice and warm. She even made sure to have a taxi pick us up at 4 AM for our early morning flight. The working a/c, which was a very important requirement of my kids, was a big plus.

Everything was really nice. The best feature was it's really clean. Every detail has been thought through in a way I have never seen before at this economic level Italian hotels . Before I came, I read these articles a lot and wanted it to be a guide for me. You can be sure that I write very objectively. It is very central, within walking distance of everything. really next to the Cathedral and Center of everything. the terrace is really great and very peaceful. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in! The kitchen has everything you need. The house is really as it seems! This was very important to me. Right under the house There's a pizzeria and very delicious with very kind people. And cheaper than the center of course. The host is very understanding. Although we delayed the hour we said, he was understanding. He's open to communication. I stayed there with my 11-year-old son and it was very comfortable and enjoyable. What you see is less than what you get for here! It is really more! Thank you very much.

The only thing was at the first you dont feel safe, because its locked by a password lock. When you are abroad you want to feel safe. Even my son said how can we sleep when there is someone who knows the password. I wish the world was a safer place, but unfortunately not! luckily, although we were worried about safety, the bed was so comfortable and despite the heat, the air conditioner was working so well that we slept comfortably .But only a lock with password is not enough to feel safe. I think the owner should change this system to a normal key.

Location is excellent like 5 minutes walk to the Duomo. The building has an elevator that is a big help when traveling with luggage. Mini grocery and dining options nearby. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen amenities were more than sufficient. The unit with stayed in was very spacious. Communication was easy thru what’s app.

We wish the hot water for showering was warmer specially since we went during the winter season.

The location is just behind the Duomo and close to buses, taxis, and trains. There are several great places to eat nearby. This is a full apartment that appears to have been completely renovated recently. The space is large and very clean. The kitchen is fine for preparing simple meals and has a coffee machine, plenty of pans, dishes, and utensils. The bed is a Super-King with plenty of bedding and very comfortable mattress. The bathroom is huge as well and beautiful. There were plenty of towels, shampoos, and soaps. The shower was a good size. The apartment is upstairs but easy to reach by lift and there is even a chair to reach the lift which is about 3 steps from street level. The windows have wooden louvers to darken the rooms. It appears the owners have make a great effort to use high-end products. Wifi was good.

There is no washing machine or Laundromats nearby. The floor creaks when you walk on it.

The place has so much room and the location is the best for Milan. Have a king bed was so nice and you feel like you have an apartment to yourself. It’s quiet and safe, but also just around the corner from the Duomo and all the best of Milan.

It was very kind that the host met us at the place. Our train came in a little later than planned, so I had to change the time to meet and I felt bad about that. I would have been more than happy to have a self-check in system so I didn’t inconvenience her. I hope it was okay for her and she was very kind and helpful.

The apartment is beautiful and clean and spacious. The location is simply unbeatable if you want to be near the Duomo (3-5 min walk). Sol is a warm and wonderful host and she is very helpful. We had a great stay! Couple drawbacks: (1) It was difficult to drop off our bags and pick up the keys. It required two separate in-person meetings at a specified time, which added some logistical challenges to planning our (short) stay. (2) The internet is slow in the apartment. This is likely not a problem for most vacationers, but if you need to fit in a bit of remote work with vacation, could be an issue.

Very clean, wide, comfortable. Location is excellent: 3 min walk from piazza Duomo. The lady at check-in provided plenty of good advice. Huge terrace with some views over the Duomo: it was a pity not to stay more time at the apartment to enjoy that nice terrace better. Full kitchen, including coffee machine. If you come by car there is very convenient public parking at 5 min walk at piazza Diaz. Ideal to spend 1 or 2 nights.

We were four people. Two of us enjoyed the extremely comfortable king size bed, in the main room, but the other two had to share the sofa-bed in the living room. Considering the price, perhaps we would have liked a more comfortable one.

Very clean, looks like newly renovated, very spacious for family of 4 with 2 kids. Sole who is the property manager is very helpful and nice. She can be easily reached by sending her message from your booking.

One of the bathroom sinks seem to have a problem as it keeps on getting clogged. We reported the issue the following say of our stay and they came and fix it. It seems to have been fixed for few minutes but got clogged again after several used. We disbt bother reporting it since there are 2 sinks in the bathroom and the clog was not as bad as the first day ( water drains a lot faster than before)

Everything! This was a perfect apartment for me travelling alone. The location could not be better as the duomo is 2 minute walk away and the top spires can be seen from the (huge) terrace. The terrace was comfortable with seating and gorgeous sunsets, also very private. Interior has all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay including excellent air conditioning in the heat of July, hot water for showering, king size comfortable bed with window view of top of cathedral and door to terrace. And bonus coffee and ice in the freezer! While Milan has a vast transit system, I enjoy walking, and most all of the main places within the city center are an easy walk from this location, within 5-30 minute walk only. There is taxi stand around the corner on the circle and also at the duomo. The hop on hop off bus stop also at the duomo by the taxi stand. If you enjoy a walk, take the Cadorna train from the airport Milan Express and from the station the walk took me 20 min with luggage. Note there are cobblestones etc. Sole’ the property manager was everything you could ask for- kind and friendly, prompt, and very helpful. I had one small issue which she handled almost immediately. Her response time for messaging was quick.

This is my first experience in hotel apartments. It has completely changed my concept of choosing ordinary hotels. The apartment is in excellent condition in all aspects. The location is close to the Duomo and the Metro station. Close to shopping and Carrefour. Very clean and suitable for families or couples. Ms.Sole is very friendly, kind, and available at all times.
