the staff were very helpful, each single one there try to help you and provide a perfect stay

the room and furniture were a little bit old and not clean, and I think they should provide a passport reader in reception to avoid long queue. it will help them to be fast instead of entering each single letter and number

Location was PERFECT. Room was very comfortable and very clean.

When we first arrived they told us that we have to wait until 2 pm for check in which is fine but then when we came back to hotel around 2.30 pm they informed us that our room was still not ready so we waited for another hour and at 3.30 pm our room was still NOT ready. We were not able to go to our room until 4.30-5 pm which was very late for us. Also breakfast was too crowded and the service was a little slow.

Few staff at breakfast hall & reception desk are pit stressed which you can see in their negative behaviour with guests , otherwise the rest of the staff are all friendly and fine

Location: was super perfect just less than 1 min from Duomo Room and cleaning: was very good specially that it was recently renovated Breakfast: very limited and different types of eggs are considered as ala cart so u have to pay extra for it. Concierge: Mr Andrea was an excellent guide, highly recommend to consult him round and about.

Reception staff: well some are very helpful, but others require some client attention. Otherwise, I would rate the reception staff 10/10

Very well presented hotel. Very clean modern facilities, and the location was excellent with major shopping, restaurants and points of interest in easy walking distance. Taxi rank located across the road. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and Rocco who worked at the well stocked bar was very professional and friendly. Very relaxing bar area. A Great facility.

We didnt like the very low pillows, but this is relevant to us specifically and may be alright for others. One was quite hard the other really soft but offered no support for head and neck. As far as the cooked breakfast goes I think 'Italy' generally has a lot to learn about cooked breakfasts for international travellers. Italians love their sweet pastries etc for breakfast for which the range offered was great...pastries are easy snacks type food which Italians love for breakfast, we preferred a cooked breakfast but we didnt appreciate cold cooked bacon, cold scrambled eggs, cold mushrooms and so forth, and don't get me started on the pre-toasted bread...once again...cold! Other than these items mentioned everything else was really good.

This hotel is in a perfect location that is close to the cathedral. I booked this trip as a gift for my friends 30th birthday and asked the hotel to put a bottle of Prosecco in the room. The staff went above to make this special for us, upgraded us to a larger bedroom and accompanied the Prosecco with the most gorgeous little birthday cake! We honestly loved this hotel so much! Thank you so much to the wonderful staff.

I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 in the afternoon, the receptionist was very unprofessional, the check in took me about two hours, I had booked six rooms and she put us in two different floors and the hotel is very large, it was Escape room, so it was very difficult to reach each other, and we came back to change rooms, when I asked to carry the bags, I’m waiting about 45 minutes but no one came to transport the bags or help me , i take our bags ofter by my self , very bad experience from Rosa Hotel and I do not recommend it at all

We loved our experience at this hotel. We were upgraded to an apartment which was over the top beautiful with ultra modern lighting and air controls. We were provided access to a private lounge area with a free continental breakfast in the morning and complimentary wine with desserts at night. The hotel is impeccable and the staff were very pleasant. The location is excellent…right behind the Duomo and a 15-20 minute walk to The Last Supper.

The stay at Rosa Grand Milano was excellent. It was a family meeting just after New Year. My son and his family came from USA; my brother drove from France with his wife and my husband and I flew from the Middle East. And we had a baby a toddler, 2 strollers and 10 kg of toys forgotten under the chairs or tables in the huge lobby. Nevertheless, everybody was smiling and nice and trying to help in a way or another. A place to try at least once.
