The property is clean and as advertised. The best part is the staff, who are there to help you. The rooms have a small balcony overlooking a busy street, but it is not really noisy at night. A big plus is, each room is equipped with a small refrigerator. The location is near the Central Station, which many consider to be sketchy, but it is convenient to move around, and the historic center is just right behind the corner. Some groceries and cafes in the vicinity. Overall, quite a nice experience, just what was expected.

modern, pretty apartment. close to the main train station, the Alibus to and from airport and the historic Centre. helpful and friendly hosts, easy to reach via WhatsApp before arrival and during stay. some small things could be repaired or fridge cleaned before new guest. otherwise super clean and bed super comfortable.

some might find the air con rather noisy. the street is one of the main streets with buses, cars and trams. so it’s always loud with fumes in the air. i wear silicone earplugs so the noise doesn’t bother me. just be aware. all of Naples is noisy and smelly though.

Highly recommend this B&B - location is great, close to main station, easy to get around, but also not too far to get to many attractions on foot. Apartment was clean and comfy. The host was very nice, communication was perfect, he answered all our queries promptly.

There was some noise from a street outside, mainly on Saturday night, but nothing unbearable and it's Napoli, after all :-).

Cozy & comfortable room, helpful personel, easy access to the apartment, close to the Garibaldi station and Old Town (both you could reach on foot). Few nice local coffee places for sweet breakfast.

As we were in Napoli begging of March in was quite cold inside (despite AC on heat mode). Toilet flush was not working.

Beautiful rooms, very good bed, comfy towels, everything you need. Good air con. very nice employees. always available. good hot shower

very noisy street, like many places in Napoli. I slept with airplugs. The central station area is a little dirty and bad frequentation, but I did not feel unsafe

Great location, easy check in. Nice and cool air con, clean, modern, perfect for coming off the plane and exploring the old town and for transport links to Pompeii et. Excellent juice bar on the corner and cafes nearby.

Breakfast element wasn't made clear. There was a container of cornflakes in reception but no milk/ bowls/ spoons laid out. There was a coffee machine but no invitation or means to make a coffee. The B&B is unmanned.

Alessandro was just absolutely wonderful, helpful and nice person. Everything we needed to know he explained. When I needed some advice or book a taxi he promptly did it. The room was nice and clean.

Great location, great hosts who went out of their way to be helpful. Very comfortable place and very secure.

sometimes is little bit noisy because of the road traffic.

Really nice and serviceminded folks at the reception always. They gave us so many useful tips on where to go, what to see and what to eat. it was great!
