The beds are super comfortable. Our room had a small kitchen where you can prepare yourself something to eat if necessary and a small fridge. The AC works perfectly fine. Location is very close to train station and lots of shops and supermarkets . Aldo is an excellent host he goes out of his way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. He sets a great breakfast included in the reservation and has great coffee most of the day for free. Also helps you with planning of the sites nearby as well as recommending restaurants . His staff is also very nice and helpful For us it was the best place we stayed in Italy .

Excellent location for what we needed: close enough to the airport but still walking distance from the city centre and more touristy spots. Very easy to get to by car, which we parked near the B&B for free although we were offered a very good offer for a secure car park nearby. We were impressed with the kindness and friendliness of the staff, Aldo and everybody else at B&B City Center really deserve a 10/10. They bent over backwards to make our experience as comfortable as possible: they even went out their way to get my favourite breakfast drink! The property was extremely spacious and exceeded our expectations in terms of space. The kitchen was good enough for a family of 4, although we only used it for a snack meal. The living room has lovely balconies overlooking the main square.

It's difficult to find any flaw, we would definitely go back to B&B City Center. However, we had a sluggish air con unit in the twin room, which wasn't really an issue on a very warm 1st of Jan.

the staff were super nice and amazing, the location was in the center and close to everywhere you want to go in naples, also the thing was that because we used train to go to other cities as well it was a good point for us to be close to the main train station. the staff were suppppppeer nice and helpful i really enjoyed there and liked there

The whole experience at B&B City Center was excellent. It exceeded our expectations. Aldo and all his staff services were exceptional with a big touch of service from the heart. We would definitely recommend staying at this property in fact we want to come and visit again in the future.

-Location near to central station, -VERY kind hosts (including the lady serving breakfasts!) - we could leave our luggage after the check-out, also we were kindly offered to have some refreshments when we came back to take the luggage, even got some help with the luggage down the stairs (although there is also elevator), thank you - that was very kind:) - spacious apartment, - breakfast - very easy check-in/check-out process

Great staff, everyone was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Really nice room, very clean, good breakfast options.

The location - is a bit difficult to find, and not necessarily in a good area, but it's not something to be scared or hesitant about.

Alto, his son Cristiano, and his staff Cinzia are very kind, very attentive to our needs. The location is perfect to explore Napoli and surrounding areas like Pompeii and Positano.

Our stay was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Aldo and the whole staff were so friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfect location a few minutes from the central station.

We had the two-bedroom apartment and it was really spacious and quiet at night. The B&B is very close to the city center and makes it possible to reach the main sights by foot or metro. Grazie per l'ottimo soggiorno!
