very clean and nice apartment, central location the lady who was there during breakfast was really friendly

- it was very complicated to open the room’s door. After half an hour, several messages with the owner, a different code and the exact instructions we could enter the room. Our neighbors in the apartment told us that they had the same problem. For some replies by the owner we had to wait quite a long time (some messages I had to even send twice to receive an answer) and the number on booking.com was not reachable - as everyone else has mentioned, the breakfast is not really worth mentioning, only some packaged sweets, cafe and tea

Wonderful morning host. Novel phone app to easily access building, entry and room doors. Single flight of stairs. Huge comfortable bed, windows, shower, high ceiling bedroom. Huge shared kitchen area. Automatic coffee bean grinder + maker (beans included). 3 tables with chairs.

Basic Italian cold breakfast: cereal, sweet pastry etc - no juice, cheese, meat, eggs. Coffee machine quite noisy - echoes (as do conversations) in the high ceiling breakfast room so it could disturb guests. Shower head and very loose swivel holder worn out - need replacing. Small room fridge runs alot and is a bit noisy for sleeping (we unplugged at night).

The room is clean, equipped with essentials. There is also a shared kitchen outside the room which is awsome if you need a plate and a cup! Inside the room the airconditioning, the corner bath and confortable bed make a good stay especially in this heat!!! It was relaxing. The locality is good because it is near everything! The staff were really helpful and very sociable...thank you all so much!!!!

The pillows are not comfortable, please change them ! The locality around the building is an urban neighbourhood, was not expecting it to be a bit rough but on another note people were kind not as they seem! The people in Naples are passionate and have a good heart! Be aware to stamp your ticket on trains because i got fined 50euros for a mistake !

The location is very convenient since the room is 5 minutes from the station (Garibaldi) from where you can get the trains for Pompeii, Sorrento etc. The room is comfortable and the stay there is very enjoyable. The staff is very polite and the lady that was serving breakfast was very friendly even though she didn't speak English

The room did not feel that clean when we arrived, and in general you are getting the feeling that it is an old room (some broken pieces here and there, not deal-breaking or anything but still worth mentioning I think).

Host was super friendly, kitchen was beautiful and breakfast included with good coffee, room looks exactly like on pictures, change of towels and cleaning service even in 2 nights stay that is very surprising, automatic opening doors gives you full autonomy do not have to even carry keys with you.

Dirt under the shower, I know it is tough to keep it extra clean but that dirt was just unpleasant.

the property was very very well located… 10 mins to the main station … the room and whole property are beautiful decorated inside … exceptional clean and smelled very fresh at all times , it was super quiet … the host was very friendly and helpful at all times … if ever back in Naples we would definitely consider staying again

only small issue we had was the shower … tricky to regulate the temperature and it leaked water , the host was very quick to act when we had no hot water … the problem was fixed in a few hours … shame as the bathroom is beautiful and looks like it was recently renovated breakfast could also do with some more choice … cookies pastries and cereal gets old quick fruits and yogurt etc would make a difference

Location is both good and bad - close to the railway station and bus stop to get to the Airport, but super dirty and unsafe. We stayed at Airbnb and did not go out for the dinner. In general our room was clean and has everything you need for a shirt stay.

it was difficult to understand how we should get inside, the online unlocking platform did not unlock our doors, but it was good that a lady, who helps to run there bnb was there. She did not speak English though, so it is good my boyfriend is Italian and solved all the problems.

Amazing place to stay at in Naples! The private fuzzy and sauna were amazing relax after a day in the city. Breakfast was very simple and sweet, but good. The lady that works there was super nice too! A plus is that it’s close to the train station and metro.

The bathroom could be cleaned a bit more. There was a bit of a mild in the corners, not too bad but doesn’t look nice.

Everything is clean and very calm place. The woman doing breakfast and cleaning the room is very kind and friendly. She checks our needs and inconveniences every morning. And the breakfast is so good! The hot water and the water pressure is good as well. I had a really comfortable stay for a week.

The place it is located is near the central station so the street is not so clean but no one cares about you. Not danger.

The only difficulty for us was self check-in, it was really the problem, because we have no internet and no sim card when we arrived. The staff was not there and people who were living in next room help us to check-in and open the door. After that everything went smooth, we have an excellent stay in this guesthouse.
