Best Western Hotel Plaza

All reception and breakfast staff were absolutely professional - nothing was impossible: a room card issue - sorted, not booked breakfast - sorted, taxi to port - organised, luggage room on departure - no problem at all. The staff is the main asset for this hotel. Also, the breakfast was amazing (30 minutes prior to closing - all options were still fully available). The room eas spaceful, AC perfectly working and soundproof window did not transfered any noise from small square in front of the Hotel. Lacation 6 minutes walking from Napoli Centrale (train station). We were completely satisfied.

The hotel was in the perfect location. It was very close to the central station and within walking distance of the central area. The room was perfect for us, and there was a great selection of food for breakfast. They were serving breakfast from 0700 to 1100, which is perfect. They had different varieties of pastries everyday. Of course the sfogliatelle were present everyday... and they were great! And lastly, the staff. They were great and very helpful.

The bathroom was a little too small from my observation. I say the hotel was in great location but the surrounding area were scary. Looks so ghetto outside. Please be aware of your surroundings when walking around. So many warning signs of PICKPOCKETS everywhere.

Fantastic choice for breakfast. Great staff there ready to help and serve you. With big smiles. Modern bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room. A lot if lamps. Comfortable. Great location for visiting historical sights. And a few meters from the tube and railway station. Cakes and icy water in the lobby! I loved that!

My room above a courtyard was obviously above a kitchen of a restaurant or a fast food restaurant. So we had to keep our window closed because of a terrible smell. Fortunately only on Friday and Saturday. But it’s not up to the hotel.

The location is good and hotel is near public transportation (train to Pompeii, Sorrento and Alibus to the airport - 5 minute walk). Having in mind the traffic in Naples, it was not very noisy. Historical centre was nearby. Staff was friendly and polite. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Bathroom was extremely inconvenient because there was a sliding door which is not closing properly and you can see and hear inside. Drain was clogged and you cannot shower properly. For a 4 star hotel you get only shower gel and soap. WiFi connection was very weak in the room.

The staff were great and helpful. The Hotel is well situated and within walking distance of attractions.

Unfortunately, there is a migrant problem all over Italian towns near their train stations and the hotel is near Naples Centrale. The one road Via Firenze can look a bit scary. It did not bother us as we were never bothered or hassled. Late night or early morning might be a concern. I feel for all these displaced people but hanging around train stations is no answer to the pursuit of a better life.

Easy to reach location from the airport via the Alibus or from the central station though not an area to wander alone after dark - it's a bit edgy. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good with generous choice and my room was a reasonable size with good air con.

Nothing to do with the hotel but Naples is a filthy city - rubbish in the streets everywhere and the traffic is insane and constant.

Staffs in the property were amazing. Paolo was present during our stay. He was Gem. It was too hot and we stayed in 510 and AC was not very effective due to heat and he made extra efforts and provided the fan to make our stay comfortable. Thanks to Paolo you are gentleman. Overall stay was very good and would like to stay again if I am in Naples.

Hotel is understaffed. They are overwhelmed as they cover every aspect of customer issues

Staff was very helpful and room was clean. I left before breakfast and a basket was offered and taxi reserved . Check out was quick and easy. The staff also had an international plug for me to use. They also allowed my fellow colleague to use my room while waiting for her flight that evening. It was very kind of them to get her a taxi.

The room was a little too small a little awkward to move around. The shower amenities only included shampoo and soap. I was on the end of my journey running out of everything and would have liked lotion and other toiletries you cannot take on a plane.

We have stayed here 9 years before, we liked it due to good location, good staff, cleanliness and the very good breakfast, however the roooms were very tired and worn. It was a great surprise that our family room has been fully renovated to a modern and high standard, this knocked my rating up on several fronts, we will return for sure! Thanks

Receptionist were very helpful and lovely chat people. Room was a good size. Breakfast was great.

The shower need to be re-work. Take out the shower door for easy access for large people. breakfast staff, I felt an untuned unwelcome question and body language( my wife and I are African American and don’t speak the local language). We looked pass it and enjoyed our breakfast.
