Apartment is located on the second floor in one of the main street. The B&B consists from 4 separate apartments. Breakfast is served in the common area. Its a great opportunity to meet other people and exchange a tips for staying in Napoli. Water an fruits available all the time. Located in one of the main streets , full of bars, shops, coffees. You can get there by foot from the train station. In the night its quiet as the apartment has the window from the opposite side that the main street. A short taxi ride from the Garibaldi train station, it surrounded by night life, restaurants and college aged people. Once through the doors on the street, you barely heard the sounds of Saturday night. The staff came back after hours to let us check in after a quick phone call. Rooms are clean and a good size on two levels. Breakfast was good but no protein. Staff helped us locate a self service laundromat. I wish we stayed longer. A very good value for Italy.

it can be a bit confusing to find the first time, but after that it is very easy. the location is convenient to Essentially all the major historical points. the AC was appreciated in the sweltering Neapolitan heat! the room was more than adequate in size for two full size adults and 3 good size adolescents I was worried about street noise but there was no issue the proprietor is friendly, helpful, had great stories, and is obviously proud of his city!

the mattress was slightly thinner than I prefer, but I still slept very well

Excellent location in historic centre. Felt safe at night. Amazing pizzerias all around. Rooms were in an old building with very high ceilings and opposite there is classical music building you hear melodies playing in the day, wonderful. Staff great and breakfast is an intimate social experience, we loved our brief stay here! There is also a kitchenette in the room with microwave which is great for budget minded travellers!

Breakfast could be more substantial

The location is great, very close to the metro and right in the historical center. No full breakfast on Christmas day, but the owner gave us some yogurt, milk, and juice. The fresh fruit is a plus. The room is very clean, but a little small for the 5 of us. It would be perfect for a group of two or three people. What we really appreciate is that the owner allowed us to leave our backpacks there after checking out in the morning.

The shower water became icy cold after two showers. The rest three of us took showers with icy water in the cold winter day. What an experience!

Great location, right around the corner from Piazza Bellini. Pio was wonderful. Kept in touch with me from the moment of booking, gave great directions and met us right outside when we arrived. He was also very helpful helping us to arrange the taxi to the airport and allowing us to keep our luggage at the BNB. The whole place was super clean and our room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely nothing

Very nice and friendly staff. The room was clean. In the room we got some sweet snacks and juices. Good path to the centre

The breakfast was typically for Italians not the the internationals ;) - it means that there was available sweet croissants, jams, Nutella, yogurts and cereals, without any eggs, bread, ham and vegetables :(

We were met as the cab dropped us off and were helped with our luggage. Pio was so nice and gave us a brief history of Naples and her people. He also gave us a great suggestion for pizza - Vesi which was right down the street. This is a great neighborhood. We only stayed that one night but when we come back for a longer stay we will definitely stay here again.

It was a really good stay. Staff was very kind. The room was very clean. Location is in the historic centre and just about 250 meters away from Dante metro station. Also it’s close to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was enough. Thanks for everything. See you next time.

Everything is good.

The b&b is managed efficiently by the very friendly hosts. I had a room towards the back, with the bed on a mezzanine, so it was blissfully quiet. (I guess it is another story if you have a room facing the street, which is around the corner from piazza Bellini, the city's party district). The rooms is pleasant and nicely furnished and everything works well, including a tea making facility. The bed is very good and comfortable. The b&b is very central, the Archaeological museum just down the road and Piazza Dante underground station at less than 200 m distance. A very nice and lively part of town, also at night - which may or may not suit you.
