Although first impressions were not as expected (we arrived during Friday evening and outside was literally rammed with thousands of people drinking in the street), the hotel was not staffed so noone to greet us which was fine, but at first glance, our room felt like a small hospital room - relatively plain. That was our first impression but to be honest, after a day of settling in, it was great. The breakfast was incredible and the ladies who run the place are fantastic and cannot do enough to please. Unless you wish to be stuck further away on the edge of Naples, then Bellini House is so well placed for the amazing restaurants, bars and nightlife that this part of the city offers. You are literally in its heart, so yes weekends are very busy outside (weekday evenings less so) but inside the hotel was surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was a mix of fresh fruit, croissants, delicious local pastries, yoghurt, meat and cheese selection and they will make boiled eggs for you if asked. The balcony is a long communal space but each room has its own tables and chairs where you can sit and watch the glow of the city roof line in the evening sunset with a glass of wine. On leaving, we had an early departure so a stunning fresh breakfast was waiting for us outside on the balcony prepared by the lovely ladies. Bellini House grew on us so quickly, as did Naples, that we really didn't want to leave.

The bed was a little soft and I almost fell out of it one night! LOL. There are a number of rooms in the hotel and all seem to be different sizes and layouts. We were in an end room which was adequate for two people but it was on the smaller size and a bit plain however very comfortable - the bathroom was much more spacious.

Beautiful rooms, excellent size, welcome staff was very kind. They are highly responsive on WhatsApp and make sure you arrive with no problems, reaching out to you prior to your stay.

Impossible to get back inside if keys are left in the room or lost and staff is no longer on the premises. Staff is only available during certain hours, Elevator/Lift takes you halfway to a flight of stairs, must carry bags either down or up a small flight. Might be Inaccessible or difficult with physical disabilities, receiving staff helped with bags upon arrival, might be more difficult if leaving or arriving when staff is not there. Good Wi-Fi available only inside the room and lobby, if you need Wi-Fi to call a taxi outside the property, will not work, need password to sign in.

Very clean and spacious. Fun, eclectic decor. (We got the 2 room apartment) Nice breakfast and availability of snacks and beverages. Really enjoyed the daily fresh-squeezed Orange juice! Great location in a lively part of the city. The double windows do a great job of closing off the noise coming through the small balcony. Excellent a/c which is a must in the hot summer.

There is a vent in the bathroom where outside noise came through, especially in the evenings, but if you shut the door of the bathroom and bedroom, that blocked the sounds.

Lots of things: Great location not just because it is in the middle of the historic centre but because it is on Piazza Bellini (one of the nicest piazzas in the city); view over a wonderful enclosed garden from the terrace; airy and clean room; smiling attentive staff; friendly transport service for wherever you want to go. A good bed and breakfast experience overall.

The bed was seriously uncomfortable. We don't know for other rooms but the one in Room 5 needs a change. Breakfast service would benefit from a faster and bigger coffee machine which can rapidly serve at least two cups at a time so it does not get cold.

The Bellini house is right in the heart of the action, in the historic centre: it is steps from the restaurant district, the Spanish quarter, the Metro, and the Archaeological museum. We couldn’t have been happier with the location. The team there were super friendly, and they ensured we had a comfortable, safe, and happy time in Naples. The breakfast was delicious, also, and it was great to have snacks and games available throughout the day. The Bellini house was our oasis from the hustle and bustle of Napoli.

The historic building was very cool. The Inn is decorated very eclectic and is well done. Our room was very spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was very nicely prepared. Hosts were great getting a shuttle for the airport for us.

The Bellini Square area feels sketchy and run down, especially with graffiti on almost every building. I was assured it is a safe area. It was very busy in the evenings. The scooters are out of control. They do not appear to have any rules of the road, they are everywhere in this area of the Inn, not the property owners fault.

Minutes from restaurants and sites, but calm as soon as you step inside the outer gate. Cozy and nicely styled and perfectly set up for families. we stayed in three places on this trip and it was easily the best. A lot of places say breakfast included, but the breakfast was a coffee and a pastry. Here you could have boiled eggs, savoury or sweet breads and a simple self-service style, either on the beautiful terrace, or in the shared living room area Good showers, comfy beds, quiet bedrooms and best of all was the welcome of the delightful staff. From restaurant and activity recommendations to organising taxi pick ups and loaning umbrellas the lovely team made our stay really special. They went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful from the moment we’ve made contact right until we left Naples. Thank you so much!

I absolutely loved my stay at Bellini House, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel at home. The rooms having a gorgeous balcony looking onto a garden which is so peaceful and the perfect place to sit and relax. There is also a gorgeous dog who resides in the garden & being a dog lover I did have a few cuddles! Veronica and Ferram went out of their way to look after their guests & nothing was too much trouble. They showed me all the best places to visit in Naples and had lots of useful local tips. The breakfast is amazing with lots to choose from, including home made cakes, granola and dried fruits. I especially loved the collection of herbal teas that guests could help themselves too such a nice touch. Thankyou for a wonderful stay & I really hope to be back again soon! :-)

The location is fantastic. The square is so vibrant in the evenings. The terrace is vety pretty and peaceful. The staff are extremely helpful, charming also very beautiful. The breakfast was perfect. The home made granola is exceptional. The fridge full of cold drinking water was very welcome and convenient. We stayed in room 3. It is huge and had a lovely shower room with toiletries and fluffy towels. Very comfortable beds.

Everything was perfect.

The property was in the centre of Naples with so restaurants, museums, night life and public transport super close. Luckily the garden and courtyard make the stay extremely peaceful despite its busy location, so we could relax once we got back to the hotel. the staff were also wonderful, with heaps of helpful suggestions for food and activities for our stay, as well as advice on the fastest/cheapest way to get to the popular attractions.
