Everything except hair conditioner is provided and the breakfast each morning is continental and sufficient. Bed is comfortable and the air conditioner worked. The bed was large and comfortable and the window of the room gave a nice little view over the west side of Naples. Plenty of storage in room including shelves and coat hangers fixed to the wall. The location is perfect! Away from all the horrible people near the central train stations and walkable distance from good shopping and restaurant experiences. It's a quiet road with a peaceful experience.

The bed is two singles positioned together which creates a gap down the centre. Not comfortable if you enjoy sleeping in the middle of the bed. Otherwise the room was sufficient.

Very nice staff, and a nice breakfast area. The breakfast was very good, and had hand-made coffee as well as delicious mozzarella every morning. The staff remembered our coffee order and got it ready for us as soon as they saw us come down.

The stairs down could have been more clearly marked. The balconies could also have been separated in a better way, so you would feel more safe having the door open during the night. The current setup allows the neighbors to jump a 1m fence to get to your balcony. Most rooms did not have this issue though.

Great location....I chose this hotel for a one-night stopover before heading to Amalfi. I wanted a hotel that was moderately priced, clean, and in the center. I wanted to be able to see as much of the center of Naples as I could in 1 night and this hotel was perfect for that. The hotel also has a lovely courtyard where you can have a drink and where breakfast is served. The breakfast was definitely generous and tasty. The staff was very nice and helpful.

While my bedroom was comfortable for a 1-night stay, there were no windows with natural light. For me, that was disappointing but given that I stayed just one night...I was fine with it.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious! There was a wide variety of options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and more. The seating area for drinks was a great place to relax and people-watch. It was also a great spot to enjoy a drink before or after dinner. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring all that Naples has to offer. It was within walking distance of many of the city's most popular attractions, including the Piazza Bellini, the Naples Cathedral, and the San Carlo Theatre. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bellini. It was a great place to relax and enjoy my time in Naples. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

As a seasoned traveller, what really impresses me about a hotel is how reliable it is in delivering what I need/want to make my stay hassle free and fun. Hotel Piazza Bellini delivered the "goods"---great location, comfortable room with a/c, tv and internet, a big, well-designed bathroom, a good breakfast with many options, fresh fruit, etc. Most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful, and their information was accurate and reliable. A shout-out to Giuseppe who patiently helped me everyday with directions on my map, made a dinner reservation for me, and treated me with genuine kindness and care. The staff also got me a taxi within minutes at 3:30 AM so I could get to the airport on time. Molto bene for a wonderful, stress free stay in Naples!

The location was good and the metro and the National Archeological Museum were in easy walking distance. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent, particularly the pastries. Our room was very clean and spacious although we needed to go down stairs to access it owing to the design of the building. It wasn't a problem for us but this is a hotel where it is important to let them know if one has mobility issues so they can give you a room on the level from the lift.

Excellent location. Smartly styled modern premises in renovated old palazzone. Everything worked and was attractive. Exceptional service: Alessia at front desk and Waleed at the restaurant were exemplary: thoughtful, professional and kind. Check-in and checkout were quick and smooth. Totally genuine hospitality. Guidance and arrangements made by Alessia at front desk for nearby walks, meals and taxi were perfect. Waleed in the buffet was attentive, kind and thoughtful.

The breakfast frittata-type eggs were uninspired, but the pastries more than made up for them. Coffee was not quite up to Neapolitan reputation.

Great location for exploring Centro Storico and beyond. Dante metro station is a short walk away and is in a much nicer area than Museo station - but both are very nearby. Piazza Bellini itself is a quiet square during the day, but in the evening has a good selection of lively bars. Because the hotel is set slightly back from the square, we found the room to be extremely quiet at night, even when the party was in full swing at the weekend. Plenty of restaurants within a 5min walk, plenty more within 10 - really good for being able to sample different dishes at different price points. We felt safe walking back at night from Via Toledo and Centro Storico. Staff were friendly and did their best to help when we had questions about navigating the city or getting to sites of interest. Breakfast had a good selection of cheese, cured meat, bread, fruit, cereal etc and plenty of fresh pastries and cakes if you like something sweet.

The floor of the room could have done with an extra go over with the hoover, but wasn't a problem. There is a bar service, but you have to ask at reception and so getting a coffee or alcoholic drink can be a little slow. Very minor complaints that didn't really affect our overall experience.

This is a very nice hotel, in a wonderful location. Our apartment was very spacious and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having cocktails and snacks in the garden area, and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with all our questions. The restaurant "Bellini" down the street has amazing food!

The refrigerator was not cold when we checked into our room, and the beverages were warm. We discovered that the key card controlled the refrigerator and the room lights. We had put food in the refrigerator before we knew this. The staff put a separate refrigerator in our room that would be on all the time.

This facility was very modern and clean with a good breakfast with lots of options. The location is great in an older section of the city. About a 5 minute walk to the Dante metro station and lots to see and do within walking distance. The staff were all friendly and helpful

The beds were on the very firm side and the pillows were a little flat so sleeping wasn't as comfortable as we would have liked. The room was fairly quiet though despite the noise of the city right outside, though we were on the top floor.
