The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance of the historical centre of Naples. Viviana at the reception desk was lovely - she was incredibly polite, offered suggestions for things to do, and made sure that my stay was very pleasant. The hotel was super clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was served at the cafe right next door. There were plenty of power outlets in the room, which is always appreciated, the minibar was stocked and priced very reasonably, and the WiFi in the room was good. Even though it's on a busy street, I couldn't hear the noise in my room. I was able to leave my luggage in storage after I checked out.

I booked a single room which was a great for a single night's stay but may feel a bit too small if you're staying longer. Nonetheless, I got a good value for money.

Breakfast is served at a café around the corner. There isn't a great deal of choice: it's coffee, a pastry and fruit juice. But it's quick service and tasty. The single room is pretty compact but fine if you don't mind the single bed. Air conditioning works well (needed in 38c). Clean and there's a coffee machine in the communal hallway. Easy to arrange check in and leaving luggage after check out.

I would have liked more options available for breakfast (healthier choices). The rooms are advertised as having their own balcony, but don't expect anything idyllic. Mine was facing an interior courtyard with zero view. There wasn't noise from outside but the interior noise is quite noticeable - people entering and leaving their rooms.

This was by FAR the best room I’ve been to in Europe, maybe even my life. The room was stunning. The big beautiful doors leading to 2 patios, and a beautiful veiw of an city streets. It was gorgeous inside, and the biggest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. After weeks of Travelling, it was so nice to get a TV with Netflix!!! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

I felt super safe. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions, taxis and whatever I needed. Location was perfect. Close to everything.

I really liked everything. As a solo woman traveling, I felt very comfortable and safe. My room was for a single person but with plenty of space and very clean

Great location, clean and spacious room. On the 4th floor and has a lift! The location was very central, easy to get to from Museo metro station and felt safe. Some great bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walking. Breakfast was an Italian breakfast of pastries, coffee and juice - there was a ‘full English’ on the menu for €10 but we did not try this as it was not included in the included breakfast.

Great central location, near many bars and restaurants. Lovely big ceiling and gorgeous wooden shutters on the window. Comfy bed, great shower. Highly recommended. Although there is a lot of noise from the street below at night, it's a bustling area so to be expected. The balcony doors and wooden shutters cut a good amount of it out. If you have a real problem with noise beyond that, then staying in the centre of Naples is probably not for you!

The sound proofing between the bedroom and the toilet could be better! Also coffee sachets in the room would be nice.

I liked the aircon, the mattress, the pillows - they made my sleep really comfortable. I was very surprised at how quiet the rooms were! Also, it's clear the rooms have just been renovated! Super super comfy. Really friendly staff too!

I saw some coffee pods in the corridor but couldn't find a coffee machine to use them - perhaps a communal machine would be useful? Apart from this, I've got nothing negative to say about this property!

We stayed in the suite with bunk beds and my kids loved it! The location is great and the property was very clean. The breakfast at KarmaCore was very good and the staff there was also very nice. The staff at the hotel was very professional and helpful, even arranging a taxi pick up for us when we were headed back to the train station. They are very responsive on WhatsApp when they aren't present in the building. Would definitely stay here again if traveling to Naples.

The hotel is a small hotel in a beautiful historic building , the receptionist was helpful and when we asked to change one of the rooms she was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and very cute. It is within walking distance to the historic centre and shopping areas. Very good value for money.

Being so close to the centre has it's disadvantage of being noisy which isn't the hotels fault. The only negative I can say is that the beds for twin room was quite narrow.

Everything was great! The room was a great size, big bathroom and comfortable shower (larger than typical European shower), well decorated, excellent location, great staff. Best of all was our little balcony. The hotel is on a tiny street between 2 busy streets, and we enjoyed being part of a bustling city.

Nothing really. It would've been nice to have a printed map of the city showing where we were, but everything else was perfect.
