We stayed here for one night and it was in a perfect location in the heart of Naples, easily accessibly to everything we wanted to walk to. Staff was extremely helpful with our early checkin, stowing our luggage, offering refreshments when our room wasn't ready, and helping us book airport transportation for a very early flight. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. We loved how quiet it was considering it was in the middle of a busy area, very clean, with a lot of old-world charm.

Given that the hotel's entrance is not on the street, it was a little difficult to navigate how to enter the front gate upon arrival, and from there, where the additional entrance to the courtyard and lobby were. It would be helpful for the hotel to provide clear instructions for hotel access on the reservation confirmation, with the buzzer on the left side of the front gate and to proceed walking through the parking lot to a second entry point to buzz into.

This is a unique and MAGICAL villa hidden right away through large doors of a Main Street close very handy for the archeological museum. If it had have been sunny we would have defo used the pool. Love the arty vibe. The breakfast was excellent! Despite my comments on the negative I would enthusiastically recommend this place. A cultural oasis of calm and sophistication in a brooding and very urban grafitti ridden city. Make sure you know which room you are booking.

Again Booking.coms fault I think. I treated myself and my partner to a junior suite. Booking.com showed us various pictures including a sophisticated painted headboard with olives, a golden (what looked like a bath alcove, in fact a shower). It is a LOT of money but if we’d have got what i presumed we were paying for totally worth the splurge. Room 205 is the Crown Jewels I believe, we had room 104 which had ok but average shower, and ok but not arty or decadent bed. I felt disappointed as I wanted to treat my partner to opulence and at that price the suite should have had more WOW.

It was in an excellent location & quiet tucked away from the busy streets.

I had booked the Junior Suite because in the photos & description it shows it has a terrace. However we did not get a balcony or terrace. Advertising is misleading!

The location was amazing. The hotel is in the centre but very quiet and green with a lovely pool. The rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff are wonderful! They were so friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh every morning with a good selection of cakes, pastries, cheeses, eggs, bread, cereals and lots of fresh fruit and yogurt. Very happy we found this place!

The Wifi cuts out and you have to keep typing in the wifi password to get back in (even if you have auto reconnect switched on on your phone). It wasn't bad wifi though. If you wanted to work there you could.

The staff, the pool, and the breakfast buffet were wonderful. The rooms were great -- comfortable and quiet despite being in a noisy neighborhood. The location is central to the historic district and nightlife. Very comfortable beds, nice showers, very clean. The pool is a wonderful respite from a very busy, hectic, and hot city. The staff really went out of their way to be helpful and kind. For example: when my young daughter arrived with her dad after a long overnight flight, they brought her little pizzetta that weren't on the menu. They were also very knowledgeable, gave us good advice about restaurants and the city, and were very helpful in terms of making reservations.

We had a great stay. I don't really have any comments here. If I returned to Naples and wanted to be in this area again, I would definitely stay here.

The hotel was in the middle of the old town, which was very convenient to walk to all the sites plus they had in-house parking if you have a vehicle it's very convenient.

Our first room was a junior suite the spiral staircase was very slippery to walk up and down, you had to be very careful. Because it was raining so hard the sewers backed up on the street and there was a bad smell of sewage on the outside rooms of the building when you opened up the window. We were transferred to inside room on the top floor which was very nice and didn't have a bad smell from the streets.

A little oasis in a hectic city. Everything easily accessible and staff were super attentive and keen to make sure you have the best stay. The swimming pool was a welcome antidote after time sightseeing. The breakfast was plentiful and an excellent wide selection to cater for all tastes.

The room could do with a few improvements aesthetically new pictures / a freshen up re decor. But very clean and functional.

Hotel has a Naples vibes! Historical building, ambience, atmosphere! Room was beautiful, enough space. We enjoyed small pool in the garden. Location is perfect - many restaurants, shops and sightseeing places walking distance. We came by car and inside hotel parking was extremely beneficial, but expensive though (25 eur per night, but this is the case in this region- parking is extremely expensive everywhere). Hotel stuff - very professional and welcoming. Breakfast delicious:)))

I travelled with an old friend who couldn’t walk. We booked this hotel because the property is marked as wheel chair accessible. It is not. There are stairs at the entrance to the property and to the hotel itself. That information needs to be removed from their website. It can also get very loud at night. My room was facing the main street where bars & restaurants stay open until late at night.

Lovely oasis in the heart of Napoli. The pool is relaxing, rooms and spacious and nice, breakfast is delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I got strep throat and they immediately arranged a house call from a local doctor. It saved my trip!

If you’re window is facing the street, it’s loud. We enjoyed the urban night noise but bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
