We are so glad we found this private B&B on Booking.com. And the manager turned out to be an extremely pleasant, intelligent and professional person. We spent a few pleasant days in a double-sided balcony room. It's very clean, quiet and comfortable. From our window was a magnificent viewthe the legendary Vesuvius. Cold and warm water went without problems. Hot non-alcoholic drinks could be prepared in the common lobby. Breakfast was not included in our option, but we were provided with good quality coffee capsules every day, one piece per person. This was a nice bonus.

It should be noted that quite a lot of homeless and illegal immigrants live in the neighborhood on the street, and at night it is quite dirty and uncomfortable down there, around the building. But once you enter the main entrance, this problem disappears.

The room was of an excellent standard, very clean, comfortable, and with A/C. The bed was super comfy too. The location was ideal, being in the main station (short walk to the Airport bus stop). The area immediately outside the building isn't quite the nicest - especially in the night - but this isn't really an issue as the property seems secure, and when in our room we definitely felt safe. Check-in /out was very easy, we were texted instructions for auto-check-in/out. Would definitely stay there again!

The property consists of four double rooms each with own bathroom and balcony (except one that is no balcony). There is a common area with well equipped kitchen and balcony as well. It was very convenient of our group of eight persons so everything was at our disposal. Daily cleaning. Clear and detailed instructions on arrival. On-line check in before arrival. Location.

The high pillow, but this was my problem only.

The check-in process was automated due to us arriving at a late hour & it was very smooth. The apartment was clean and had a spacious communal kitchen. The room was clean and had all the amenities that one needed for a comfortable stay. I really loved the view of Mount Vesuvius from the balcony.

While the building was very close to the central station, it wasn't the cleanest or safest looking area. But this is not an issue.

What a surprise finding this gem! Everything about this B&B is perfect. Very comfortable and cozy and beautifully decorated. The location is ideal and the balcony views are incredible! The staff was exceptionally accommodating and we’ll stay here anytime we need to overnight in Naples.

Quick and easy check in, our host was very lovely. She went above and beyond for us. I needed help to print some tickets for a ferry trip and she printed them for me and left them in our room. We also needed to keep our luggage there after check out which wasn't a problem. A very big thankyou!

Everything in the room was simply great! Modern with cozy atmosphere, very clean( they cleaned the room everyday) and very comfortable! The host was very helpful and nice. Me and my boyfriend loved it.

Though the room was great and next to metro, it was a little outlying but i would definetely go again.

It was super clean and very well organized. The host was also very welcoming. The place is located 3 minutes away from the train station and a main metro station. It is super convenient.

The neighborhood is a bit suspicious and noisy, but that is not the fault of the owners.

The location was perfect for me, and really easy to find due to watzapp messages sent by the owner, a day prior to my arrival. I enjoyed the hard matress, and had a long night sleep due to the sonic insulation the windows provide. There is a nice common space the guests can use, and I was also able to leave my bags there until the afternoon when my train was leaving. The host was helpful and welcoming.

Nothing bothered me.

Fantastic location, one block outside the main train station. Anna, the owner is lovely and she is there to check you in. My room was spotless, with comfortable bedding and towels. The room also has a balcony overseeing Piazza Garibaldi.

The main train station area is quite busy and noisy. However, I found the rooms to be properly insulated with double pane windows. Also, it helps that the rooms are located on the 7th floor of the building.
