This property is difficult to review because it has major strengths and significant drawbacks. The strengths: It is very clean. A good breakfast is provided - and delivered to your room. And it is very conveniently located a few steps from the central train station. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful once we arrived. They let us store our bags for free on our check-out day (our departing train was late in the day).

The negatives were noteworthy too: The management was unresponsive when I tried to message them (through the booking app and by email) prior to my stay. The hotel itself is difficult to find from the street (you enter an enormous courtyard with multiple stairways and lots of different businesses and hotels on different floors – signage is poor). Also, for those with limited mobility, note that the hotel is located five floors above ground level and there’s just one small elevator that seems to be regularly inoperative because users don’t fully close the door when the exit the elevator. Also note: the area around the train station is a bit gritty at night. But altogether, it was such a clean and well-appointed hotel, these negatives were not so bad.

Very affordable price. Cozy room but had everything we needed. Everything was spotless clean. Breakfast they deliver to your room, and it was plentiful and fresh - we appreciated the extras they packed for us. We were lucky in that the room was very quiet. The B&B was close to everything. Balcony, while small, was nice to get the fresh air in. The management was very kind and courteous throughout.

The towels had a lot of lint that would stick to your skin after trying to dry/wipe the water off your body. Kind of annoying but not a big deal.

The staff helpful and rooms were very nice. Smallish but as expected in Naples.

It is not that I didn't like it. It was just an initial shock. Given that it is near the main train and metro station is a HUGE plus for getting around the city. That is also though small challenge. Parts of the area were a bit dicey, and sketchy (to be expected when near a train station). It was a bit unnerving the 1st day ( I have a wife and two daughters to keep an eye on), but after that I felt comfortable and there was no anxiety.

Excellent for travelling around the Naples-Amalfi area, right in front of the train and metro stations. Very kind, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was cleaned more often than we expected, and it had obviously been renovated not long ago. We even got to order what we want for breakfast and the staff brought the tray to our room every morning at our chosen time. Bonus: they kept our luggage for us after we checked out and even offered us coffee and cold water when we picked it up in the afternoon.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AS IT ONLY COULD BE!!! Francesca and Paola are amazing!!! We enjoyed our stay 10000% !!! The attitude, attention to details, cleanliness, facilities, kindness - they had resolution for each appeal (sun umbrella, sunscreens, teapots with hot water, beach towels etc. Just AMAZING!!!), their patience and answers to each question you have!!

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the stairs to apartments and to the room which were available for that period 😭😭 but it’s not their fault, it’s Positano!!

While Naples itself seems to be a really dirty city, We were pleasantly surprised when we walked into our room. It is the same piazza as Termini Central so it was very easy to get there from our train. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We had a tour booked for our first full day there so they brought our breakfast early so that we would be able to have breakfast before Leaving for the tour. We also told them that we will be checking out early the next morning so we wouldn’t need breakfast. However, when we returned from our tour, they had delivered to our room, some take away food, juices, and coffee to give us an early start. Not what we were expecting but we definitely appreciate it.

Nothing to do with the hotel or the room as both were fabulous, but the area in general around the train station seemed to be very dirty. Our lovely hotel stay made up for the outside though.

Breakfast was superb. Overall the rooms were great value for money. The rooms were very clean, and extremely comfortable. Bedding was very luxurious and bathroom was perfect. The hostess was helpful, friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend this B&B, and I would have no hesitation in staying there again. It was located very close to the train station, so it was easily walkable. The one thing I would add, is it was a little difficult to find initially. So look for the big sign for the Hotel Sant Agnello, it is in the courtyard to the left of that hotel.

Signage to find the hotel perhaps. It was a little hard to find because it was back off the main street in a courtyard., but don't let that put you off. It's absolutely worth it.

It was an impromptu overnight stay (missed flight). We found the place to be a comfortable, clean and well equipped stop over. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Not in a very “scenic” location with views from the room just looking out over the backs of other buildings, but as a base to explore Naples it would be an excellent site. Near the bus stop and plenty of food sites. Don’t know about breakfast as we left too early, but the staff provided us with a selection of goodies to have in the room.

Wish the sign outside had said the hotel was on the fourth floor of the building, took a bit of head scratching to sort out where it was. The building must have housed fabulous apartments back in the day.

The hotel is very close to the Central Station, right in the Garibaldi Piazza. It is also close to the historic centre, a 10 minute walk away. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was brought to our room at the requested hour.

The area close to the station is dirty and full of dangerously looking immigrants. Nothing bad happened, ofcourse, but the sight of them wasn't very comfortable. The locals didn't seem to be afraid of them though.

The room was right on Piazza Garibaldi, which is at the centre of the town. We took this room because it was near the Naples Railway Station. The location is really good. The staff was very courteous and the breakfast was excellent.

The price was a bit high for such a room in my opinion. Also it was in the noisy part of the city. Finally, it was a bit difficult to find since it was on the 4th floor of another building and we didn't have any communication. However the staff was very courteous and helped us a lot.
