Helpful staff, my room was quiet- as I’m very sensitive to noises so slept well ; clean, new facilities; very comfortable bed and memory foam pillows; good breakfast selection- managed with low carb haha; central location easy to access the central station for getting out of Naples and for walking around town. I’m a solo female traveller and felt safe walking around and getting to the property even in the evenings - despite the previous comments. Glad I booked and stayed here -as the negative comments on location nearly put me off. Like Every big city has multicultural mix of people and no one troubled me.

We had a warm welcome and felt very comfortable and looked after once in the hotel. Thanks so much for the tips re where to go in Napoli and the local beaches. Breakfast was a special treat too - with so much food on offer. Great places to eat in the vicinity, easy train rides to Pompeii and Sorento, and also Spanish Quarters and other key places in downtown Napoli. Thanks so much to the staff.

While the location is perfect in terms of the Napoli Centrale station and Garibaldi train lines, plus great restaurants in the vicinity, please be very careful in this area - no matter which hotel you stay at. There are groups strategically working together to pickpocket tourists as you come out of the stations. Keep alert.

Friendly, responsive desk manager. Rooms have clearly been modernized somewhat recently and were comfortable and clean. Appreciated VERY MUCH having the ability to control the A/C temperature. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great croissants at breakfast. Lots of clear, easy-to-understand instructions in multiple languages. Although I didn't use them, the slippers were a nice touch.

I'm an American who misses ice cubes for cold drinks. Also the shower head was set quite a bit high for short people like me to reach and adjust direction. Please supply a non-slip mat for shower.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the amenities were great! I was very pleased with the room. Truly was the best shower we were able to take while staying across Italy for 2 weeks! We really enjoyed our stay with this hotel and appreciated the privacy provided by the enclosed entrance and hotel.

The hotel and staff were exceptional. Unfortunately, the area of the city itself felt very unsafe and filthy. The crowds that hang out around the are were very displeasing and made us feel unsafe, worrisome, and filthy to walk around or visit the surrounding facilities.

We had an unexpected change in our itinerary and found this property. It was meticulously clean! We even saw a doorway being scrubbed of an unoccupied room! Our room was beautiful! The staff was friendly and helped us with all our needs. The pizza restaurant they recommended was outstanding! The included breakfast was quite a spread! They had something for everyone and freshly made cappuccinos! The location was a 2 minute walk from the buses and trains!

We enjoyed everything about our stay.

The hotel is 3 minute walk to the train and metro station. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast has a nice variety of food. The room was a bit small, but very clean and has everything you need.

The area outside the hotel feels unsafe, I wouldn't wander around a lot alone in this area, especially when it's dark.. I went straight back from the station to the hotel. The bed was not so comfy

Location was exactly we needed for 1 night stay. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially guy from reception, sorry we didnt ask his name. Very comfortable bed, nice designed room, linens and towels had scent of cleaness and freshness. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with many kinds of dishes. The bathroom was cleaned perfectly. Also pleasant small things, as shampoo, soap, tea maker give good feeling.

Wasn't really the hotel fault but the area is not ideal to be about at night and there are a lot of homeless around the station and the square is filthy which is so sad . . We wandered around but was back in hotel fir 7 .wast very relaxing area

The location was good, so I quickly found it at the station. Also, the clean room made us happy, but the only thing I was not satisfied with was that the room had only two hangers. The kindness of the front desk people was great. It was the best of the seven cities I traveled to in Italy this time. I appreciate the gentlemen at the desk's kind services. I want to book it again.

More hangers need to be in the room.

Good hotel for visiting Pompei, Sorrento as is close to Napoli railway and also city center. Good breakfast, sweet and savory choices, very clean room, very helpfull staff (we got an early chech in for half of our group). Neapoli pizza, best in Italy by far.

The area around the hotel is not very appealing, a lot of people shouting or arguing. The traffic - Vespa/scooter riders are suicidal.
