The hotel staff and facilities were amazing. The breakfast selection in the morning was too good so much to choice from. The location is great its right opposite the train station where you can get the local metro or over ground trains to travel anywhere outside.

There was not anything that I really disliked which I need to write about to be honest. We had hired three rooms which in one when we first went in the Toilet was leaking water but the manager moved us to another room within 10 mins, second room the AC was not working well which was also fixed within the next day

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Luigi and Annalitta were super friendly and helpful and I enjoyed my chats with them every day. They were great sources of information and recommendations too. The room was a good size and the bed really comfortable. The buffet breakfast was also excellent and even featured home made cake! Also, the best pizza we ate in all of Naples (we ate a lot) was just around the corner in Corso Garibaldi at Pizzeria Gaetano Adamo

Can't fault the hotel but the area around the station is not the nicest place, especially at night as it has become the gathering ground for homeless migrants. This is a shame and doesn't give a good first impression but we stayed a whole week and actually had no problems.

Great rooms with all the amenities you need daily (decently sized minibar/fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning, kettle). The location is great if you're looking for easy public transport inside Naples. Breakfast was amazing and without a doubt one of the best ones I've had in a hotel for a good while. The hotel is right next to the main train station which also has busses, metro and a large food hall with lots of takeaway and dine-in restaurants which are very affordable. From this station a train to Rome is 1 hour 10 minutes, train to Pompei is 30 minutes and a train to Salerno from which you can get a ferry to the Amalfi coast is only 1 hour. However if you need peace and quiet this isn't the location for you. Naples never sleeps and there is constant traffic within arms reach from dusk till dawn. Earplugs work wonders though.

Really not much to complain about. Everything worked out great for us and we enjoyed our time in this hotel and Naples in general. I guess if the kitchen would offer lunch/dinner also would be a nice plus but with the food hall right next door it really isn't necessary.

The area around the hotel is not the nicest (not the hotel’s fault though). Something to be aware of. The breakfast was good but a few things like better juice (not the used juice powder) would be needed. Also the warm food wasn’t warm so better containers to keep the warmth are definitely needed. The TV remote in the room was extremely frustrating as it was not responsive often. Lastly, as a nice gesture we received a bottle of wine upon check out. This was poorly timed as it should definitely be during the check in. As we were going directly to the airport the wine bottle was taken away by the airport security.

Facilities were good, rooms were clean, breakfast was great. Staff was friendly, but honestly to expensive for the total. Hotel as a whole facility is good.

Location should be good ... but ... during the night music from the streets is very loud and windows are not so noise proof ... one more thing which i find terrible is that the whole district where the hotel is located is very very dirty. Lot and lots of garbage on the streets, lots of people sleeping on the streets, selling all kinds of things, using drugs, taking a break 💩 😅 and lot of nasty stuff. Very disappointing for a town of Naples to have streets like this.

The room and inside of the building is very nice and feels high end. The exterior of the building is to be desired. And the main entrance is not clear. The building is called sant angelo palace and not suites, which was a little confusing at first.

The shower had great pressure but it was mess on the floor when it turned on. I could not figure out the height ajustment. And since the shower head placement, if you washed your head, your elbow will occasionnaly hit the shut off for the water.

The room was wonderful: clean, large, comfortable, and with a really nice stilish bathroom. The breakfast was great with a lot of choice and very good self-made cakes. The staff was super-friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located in a quite degraded area with many homeless people living in the square right in front of the entrance, drinking, sometime screaming, and using the square also as their WC. We were not feeling secure at night when we got back to the hotel. Of course, the hotel staff can't do much about it, the hotel door is safely locked. Still, I wouldn't suggest this hotel to women solo-travelers nor families. The lobby could be improved. At the moment it is just a white desk at the ground-floor.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was actually very good. The rooms were very clean, room service every day, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. AMAZING 85inch smart TV and balcony

I expected more a more "Italian" breakfast with options on Italian cheeses and delicatessen. The shower was a bit small. The area around the hotel (piazza garibaldi) seems to have a homeless or immigrant issue, with many people sleeping in the square, urinating or defecating.

The room looks new, exactly like in the photos. Room very clean, and they changed towels and cleaned the room every day. Breakfast, many choices. The smart TV in the room is huge size with and you can watch Netflix. The location is nearby station, only 2 minutes walk to the train station, metro and bus to the airport. Around the area, many restaurants.

Sometimes, when watching netflix, the wifi is not strong enough.

Very good hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Very clean, good room, very good bed, perfect location, friendly staff, big and good bathroom. I can't understand, why it has so low rating on the platform. It should be not lower than 9.5.

We were accommodated in the furthest room. Which is good - less noise. But Wi-Fi worked weak. In the hall it worked better. So I think in others rooms the connection should be better.
