Friendly, helpful staff. Good communication before arrival. My travel plans changed and I needed an extra night before the one I booked, and they offered a different room. I was on an early tour and they changed rooms for me and my luggage transferred for I returned. Breakfast was very good, in a pretty room, and the restaurant team also friendly and efficient. The check in desk personnel helped me with places to visit, transport, and kept my luggage after check out until I was ready to leave. The area is fantastic. The rooms clean and pleasant. The hotel had great character.

Only a few minor cosmetic issues with the room/bathroom. Rooms were clean, pleasant, comfortable beds and pillows.

 This was a great location, right in the middle of everything, but yet not disturbed by the noise of the streets. The room was fairly spacious, and the best part of it all was its generous balcony, looking down into the vibrant alleyways.  Cars can’t really come right up to the hotel but the staff were really helpful with giving directions to the closest location for drop off and pick up.  Breakfast was also quite nice and the coffee very good.

Wi-Fi by the bedrooms wasn’t working for the two nights I was there

Great little hotel situated right in the middle of everything you need - metro just a few metres away and great transport links to all areas and sights. Hotel very clean, delicious fresh breakfasts, all staff extremely accommodating and will do anything they can to ensure your stay is as good as can be. And little doggy Keira is the star of the show!

There was nothing to dislike

Location is great for transport if u need it and waking distance to the main turistic spots. The room is nice, clean, plenty of room, toiletries, has a little fridge and a safe. Lift (if necessary) Breakf has a large variety of options. Staff also very kind.

Only because of the location (Spanish Quarter) it is not exactly quiet at all at night...

The staff were so helpful and kind. The breakfast was great and the room was clean and we had a really cute terrace. Great location and felt safe. Loved the air con as we were there during a heat wave. Honestly a great stay!

The location is perfect, right at the edge of the Quartieri Spagnoli, next to the Toledo metro station. The apartment was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and the owners and staff vere extremely kind.

I don't have anything negative to say about the apartment itself, but be aware that Naples can get very loud, and you'll be right in the middle of it all.

Really good location right at the main street. Metro station was right in front of the building.

A little difficult to find at first.

It was totally amazing. Location, convenience, cleanliness, breakfast, friendliness of staff, all are great! I can't expect more. If I will go back to Naples again, will definitely choose it again.

Fantastic location, very comfortable room with a big bed and great mattress/pillows, nice bathroom.

Check-in times are different than those advertised, very few hooks/hangers for clothes, jackets and towels.

Localization at Toledo street. Good breakfast.
