location was perfect, right above naples’ central shopping area and about a meter from the subway station. central station is only 3 stops away and if you like to walk the port and sea area is 20 minutes away. the room was perfect for two people, it was the small but at the same time it was right. breakfast was amazing (the best one i’ve ever had at a hotel so far!) and really varied from sour to sweet.

Really friendly staff throughout the hotel from the reception desk, to housekeeping and breakfast staff, all really friendly. Hotel is in an excellent location with metro stop right outside the door so easy to link with the main train station and to travel around town by metro. Room was lovely and clean with excellent view of the main shopping street, Via Toledo. Very nice breakfast each morning 7-10am, always cheerful staff ready to look after you. Had a lovely stay, was really comfortable and relaxing hotel. Many thanks to all the staff.

Nothing significant I can think of; perhaps the Wifi was a little hit and miss but my mobile internet and phone worked fine while on holiday. Limited options with regards to TV channels but we made do. Nothing of concern.

Breakfast goes cold if you're not there within the first hour and is not replinished. A bit noisy due to being a busy main street location

Bathroom slightly dated and grubby but adequate . Very difficult to find but if you read previous reviews you will know it’s the large green door opposite the Pandora shop. Bell on right hand side or if door open , cross the courtyard and the hotel is on the first floor on the right hand side

Nice big rooms. Clean. The staff was great, very helpful and positive. It is in the middle of the busy shopping part of town. It may look a little sketchy when you 1st enter the large door, but it's not at all. Take elevator to floor 1 and the registration desk is thru the white door. We felt very safe. It has an AC in room which was great! Breakfast is included, decent basic food.

Just far enough from Napoli Centrale that a taxi would be nice, but it is a walkable distance if you don't have alot of luggage.

the location of the hotel is the best, a walk distance from every important site. The rooms are large and there is even an external elevator. The breakfast is simple and good, just what you need to start your day.

Does not have parking that belongs to the hotel. A busy area. Old interior and does not have room facilities, the kettle with the tea and coffee is outside the room in the corridor.

Almost everything at this hotel was very good ALL the staff were excellent and helped out and answered our queries. The building was amazing, needing a little TLC and location was ideal for our needs. Breakfast was good once we realised that food was being replenished regularly and we only need to ask anyway.

A couple of niggles - Wi Fi was poor, frequently not on at all. Nowhere in shower to put my soap and comb. Safe wasnt working (staff lent us a key) I feel almost guilty for mentioning them!

Excellent location, right on Toledo, a few steps from metro station and a few minutes from Beverello docks. Room was large enough and clean, bed ok. Breakfast of good quality and variation. Staff attentive and polite.

Our room was right on the corridor leading to breakfast room, so due to people not understanding the fact that a corridor isn't a place to yell random conversations in the morning we had a couple of rough waking up. Noise insulation was excellent from the exterior, but close to non-existent within.

Great location, right on Via Toledo, only a few steps from the Metro Station. The hotel was brilliantly served for food with lots of places to eat on the doorstep. The staff were amazing!

There weren't any facilities in the hotel like a bar or somewhere to hang out. (I knew that before we traveled).

Loved the super gorgeous old building , a palazzo from the late 17th century set on via Toledo right in the beating heart of Napoli

Quite hard to find . There almost no signage on the street and have to go through big door in gate to get in . Very simple when you know but difficult if you don’t Don’t let this stop you staying here
