It was a very nice, spacious and clean room. Bathroom was also very clean, everything got tidied up on a daily basis. The bell's is very close to the metro (aprox. 5min walk), the location is easy to find. Plenty of restaurants can be found on the nearby Via Toledo, if you want to go to see some water, it's also just a nice walk away. In the foyer there were always snacks, fruits, coffee and tea available, which got restocked every day. For free! :) Last but not least, stiliana is a really really great attentive and helpful host, she can be reached per whats app at almost any time and will help out. She also organized a taxi with fixed fee when I needed to be at the airport too early.

I never heard any noises from the neighbours but people with noise sensitivity should rather pick a hotel a bit outside the city centre. The accomodation is a bit keen-eared ***BUT*** it is an old building in the middle of a very busy area. It was really quiet from outside after 10:30, the latest. I am a really really sensitive person and in general was sometimes overwhelmed by the masses of people and all the noises outside, but my room in the bell's offered a ***SAFE SPACE*** for me to reload. I will definitely stay there again if I ever come back!

We loved our stay at Bell’s. For us the location was better than 10/10, safe, secure entrance, fabulous, just off of Via Toledo, and within walking distance of most things. The room is fabulous, everything you need and a lovely little balcony. We were able to leave our bags arriving and leaving which was so helpful. Would not hesitate in recommending Bell’s. The owner send so much useful information and was so very helpful. Napoli is a fabulous city we look forward to coming back 😊😊.

The location of this accommodation was excellent! We explored all areas of Naples very easily from this central location which also has a metro stop close by. The room was clean and had all you need for a comfortable stay. It was quiet and the snacks and coffee in the reception area were a lovely touch! The host Stiliana was wonderful very helpful and quick to respond to any queries we had. The balcony was nice and had a great view of the streets of Naples.

The approach to the apartment is a little different as Bells is in an apartment block but don’t let that put you off.

Very convenient location right by the Spanish quarter, main shopping street, a metro station, and very walkable to tourist spots. Place was clean, secure, good Aircon which was very important as it was very hot outside! Its self checkin and we never met the host but she messaged all we needed to know.

It was fine, it's like an air BnB, so as long as you're ok with that, no problem.

Great location, very close to Toledo metro station and the main shopping street. Two minutes walk from the old Spanish Quarter with its chaotic maze of narrow streets bustling with cafes, bars and local shops. Balcony to sit on and absorb the street life below, double glazing to shut out the noise when required.

We liked everything! Location was super. You are just in the heart of Naples, everything is close by. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The shower was absolutely great! Stiliana was super helpful. We will definitely come back here if we will visit Naples again!!

Everything was perfect!

It was a fantastic stay at Bells, everything exceeded my expectations. I got the support from Stiliana whenever I need to ask about something, location is close to everything you can imagine for touristic and shopping places and also the nice restaurants and cafes. Also the room was very clean and tidy and I liked the balcony. Whenever I will come to Napoli I should stay there.

The facilities were modern, and the room was beautiful. The host allowed me to check-in early which was a blessing because I was exhausted and not only that, but our hostess had a thoughtful treat waiting for us in the room! Each morning, I met a friend for breakfast so I didn’t get to experience their breakfast coupon, but the lobby was filled with fresh fruits and snacks, so there was never an issue with being hungry. What a wonderful experience!

The room is very clean, spacious and with a view. The area where it is located is very central and atmospheric, something very important in this city. And what stands out the most is the excellent treatment with the guest, at all times. Without a doubt, I would repeat my stay and I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few wonderful days in this beautiful city.

A great base to stay in Naples. The location is excellent and only about 20-steps from a major shopping/restaurant/bar area. The room was extremely clean, quiet and well appointed. Checkin was easy. Stiliana is the perfect host and was so helpful and kind. There were restaurant recommendations in the room which were a real plus. Thank you for a great study!
