The room was very comfortable and the staff treated me like a member of the family. Staring with the beautiful breakfast where the food was presented in a very appetizing way and the custom espresso and cappuccinos made for the start of a great day. The team was very cordial and also checking if I needed anything. Overall a great experience in Naples

The staff and the owners were exceptional. They were very helpful and couldn’t be nicer. My husband is in a wheelchair. We managed to go in the lift by folding the chair. The junior suite was spacious and perfect - even with my sullen teenage daughter in the same room. This is a very special boutique hotel. It exceeded our expectations due to the personal service and the kindness of the staff. The quality of the bedding and service were far superior than most five star hotels. We enjoyed the location - shops, gelatos, cafes and restaurants. We didn’t get to experience everything as it was only a night’s stay. Thank you to all at Hotel Napolimia.

The location is perfect, at walking distance from main highlights of the city and areas with restaurants, bars, and cultural facilities. Easy to reach by public transportation from the port and the train station, since it is 30mt away from Toledo metro station. The staff of the hotel was super friendly, very helpful and kind. The facilities are very beautiful and modern, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was superb... I have no complaint of anything!

I have nothing to complain about the hotel, just it can be a bit noisy some nights because it is located close to a lively neighbourhood (quartieri spagnoli) where there are bars and restaurant open until late. But it didn't bother to me at all.

A charming hotel on the second floor of a beautiful old building on the Via Toledo. The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel throughout was warm, clean and tastefully furnished. Our room was very comfortable and well appointed and the shared area for drinks and delicious cakes was a lovely touch. An excellent buffet breakfast was provided each day. Overall, a superb stay!

It was a little noisy at night from the surrounding streets, but that's no reflection on the hotel, that's just the life of Naples!

It’s a quiet and calm place in the middle of the intensity of Toledo street, in the middle of Napoli. loved it. The stuff are very kind and helpful. Loved the breakfast area

the hotel is excellent the staff were perfect the location is in the heart of Napoli when you step out you feel Ike your in time square New York it is crazy busy, all the sights are walking distance from the hotel the area is safe we had no problems at all, the train service is close by so we were able to get to Pompeii Vesuvius Sorrento Amalfi not a problem all of these are very close to Naples . there is no view in the room so if your looking for just a bed at night this is the place for you, the rooms are very large we had 4 adults in one room and we were all very comfortable

Very friendly welcome after our journey. Staff are very nice. Very central location for tourists. Plenty of restaurants/shops within easy access. Direct 15 minute walk to ferry/airport bus. Bed was comfortable and plenty of comphy pillows. Room was clean and all the extras like shampoo, soap etc are provided. Loved the quirky decor of the dining area. A second area is also available with coffee/snacks all the time. Breakfast was standard buffet and fine.

You can hear some noise from the adjacent streets, but nothing too loud and to be expected in the area. We also stayed on a Saturday night so expected it to be busy.

Very nice, family driven hotel located at Toledo street and the Spanish quarter. Very crowded and a lot of actions the whole night. We wanted to feel the pulse of the city so we loved it. Even loud during the night you hardly hear it in the rooms. Very friendly and supportive owners and staff. Very good breakfast.

If you like to stay in the vibrant part of the city and enjoying to stay in an old traditional house - nothing, all was good.

The location is perfect, don't arrive with a car. Nice decoration but not othantic as if you walked to the home store one block up road. Breakfast is nice and simple.

Since it is considered as a boutique hotel i expect it to be more with othentiq decorated touch. The room doors are not sound proffe and every movement in the public areas interfere the silence in the rooms & frome the rooms to the public area. As in most hotels there is no space to open a luggage that is not on the floor, there is no space to organize things as cosmetics.

The renovation of this hotel was done very well. The murals in the room add lots of character and the washroom had new tiles and facilities. The hotel was very clean. Lots of pillows, a full length mirror and enough electrical sockets were appreciated. The hotel felt very safe for being in such a busy area of the city. Easily within walking distance of shops, restaurants and some historical sites. Nice selection for breakfast and a great coffee bar. The tiny and friendly hotel dog was an added pleasure.

Be aware that this hotel is right on the edge of the Spanish quarter and therefore lots of noise from the street through the night that cannot be avoided in this area. We were 2 friends sharing one room and did find the room "cozy," definitely to use just for sleeping and getting ready to go out. We also received a disappointing restaurant recommendation, so I suggest doing your own research on nearby restaurants.
