The bed was really comfortable. The room was nice and clean. The owners of the house are good people always there to help.

Bathroom was broken when we went and we were informed 1 day prior. But the other bathroom we were given access to was private so it was fine.

Nice room right next to the basilica, with a small balcony and private bathroom. Keep in mind google maps sends us to the side of Vico (small street) where there is no access to the house, we had to go all the way around the block. Good and quiet location, close to the subway station and also the historical centre.
The bathroom was a little old, but normal for the building type, and there is no lift, so if you have heavy bags this might be important.

The owner had to enter the property 3 times during our stay to work in his office.

The woman who checked us in was very nice and the location was great(although a couple of dodgy looking young guys were always out front day and night). -WiFi was good
-Someone came in to our room to turn off our AC right after we checked in and went out to dinner and then sort of lectured us to turn the AC off when we leave the room(was never mentioned in the listing or upon check in). -The bed felt hard and springy. -The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything on the other side.
