When we arrived very late in Naples there was a taxi strike so there was no way for us to make it from the airport to the hotel. The hotel was instrumentally helpful and was able to coordinate someone to come pick us up very late and bring us to the hotel. The hotel is very close to the port where you can access Ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The room was clean and spacious. 10/10 recommend! Bonus: When I was in Naples later in the week after a trip to Capri, I was at a different hotel (because this one was booked) and there was a taxi strike but my new hotel was unhelpful in helping me get to the airport. I contacted B&B Il Porto and again they helped me coordinate getting to the airport amidst the strike. I am endlessly grateful!

What I liked most, was the room cleanliness, everything (from the armoire, till the linen) was extremely clean and perfumed. What's more, I found all the linen and accessories I needed for my stay. Finally, its location is perfect to get to the Harbour in a few minutes walk.

If only they had offered me having late check in, it would have been perfect!. Even though, they had given me all the instructions I needed to have self-check - in, so having late check- in was easy!

The room was very clean, the bathroom as well. It was well equipped and its located right at the port and is a great starting point for discovering the city. We did a tour of Pompeii and Vesuvius and the pick up point was very close to the apartment, which I found very covenient.

The walls are thin. If you are a light sleeper dont forget your ear plugs.

We've stayed at this B&B a couple of times. Staff is always welcoming, fast to answer any questions and so kind to call a taxi for us. Clean, each room has use of the small fridge which is supplied with water and juice box. There's a microwave, paper towels and kettle (with tea). Would definitely stay again when I return to Napoli.

There aren't any cups for the tea (or instant coffee I use).

Diego was a great host, thank you! Location is great. Close to the ferries. Shower was great. Bed was a bit hard for us. A wee bit of noise too, but it was to be expected due to the busy location. Grazie.

The breakfast (coffee and a croissant) wasn't what we like for breakfast, but we understand that it is how the Italians do it :)

The room was big, new and clean; exactly what you need for a short stay in Naples. The breakfast is in a very nice cafeteria right in front of the hotel. The owner was always available for what we needed! Recommended for the good value for money

The breakfast only includes a coffee and a croissant (not all pastries) in a cafeteria right in front of the rooms. The cafeteria is very good but the variety could be better.

Great room, spacious bed, host provided cold water and juice every day!! Excellent location. Close to the ALIBUS station, so easy access to airport. Close to port, easily get to ferry service. 15 min away from central area and nice restaurants around.

Rooms are poorly isolated, easily hear all the neighbors around and their TVs. If they are noisy ones, you have a problem

Good location. Easy to walk into centre of Naples and near Urban parking which is near the port if you are planning to visit or Capri or Ischia. Very clean and well run. Highly recommended for one or two night stay. Room 4 is the best.

location was excellent breakfast was ordinary there should have cutlery as there was kettle in the kitchen but no cup or glass of water

The location was perfect! Super close to the port and has everything you need for a short stay! Everything was clean, and the check in was so simple and easy even though we were arriving late. Diego was also extremely helpful and responsive.
