Staff especially Cristian and Luca were great I had a day trip before breakfast started and I was still able to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is big and tasty, great friendly guests balcony was amazing, good system to go as you please. Big bathrooms, was comfortable, had a good swap, good free WiFi and loads of outlets and poole table, darts etc. Big cage lockers and overall felt very safe.

The building is on the 7th floor and you need to pay 10 cents to operate it what the hell! Also the first night these two guests had been booked in beds that were already occupied so there was so much confusion and the two guests had to be moved to another room at 3am so no one slept! Also no outlets near the room which made charging difficult. Blankets were non existent and pillow was very thin

Very poor breakfast. Scrambled eggs looked stale, butter tasted expired. There is no buffet, you just get a tray with stuff. Vegan option equals chopped up cucumber and tomatoes. You have to pay for the lift to go down (it is free only going up). Someone in the reviews mentioned a jar of coins at the reception but nobody told us about it so we walked down 6 floors each time we went out.

Super friendly and helpful staff, close to the metro and to the bus to the airport, lots of food places around, air conditioning and hot water pressure were amazing!!

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The elevator during the week costs money.. when we arrived we had no clue how much it was and we were hot and disoriented so we opted for the stairs. They have some change in the hostel for the elevator but that doesn’t help you when you’re first arriving with luggage! Maybe we missed this info somewhere in the confirmation email. It also was challenging to have our laundry done. We would either arrive too late, or there would be too many people ahead of us. Reception doesn’t open until 8AM so on the day we went to Pompeii that was also a write off for doing laundry since we left before someone was behind the desk.

the friendly staff, friendly atmosphere almost like you’re in a shared apartment! plenty of bathroom options, lots of storage space.

kitchen/breakfast arrangement were a bit limiting. would have preferred more freedom to be able to choose what we ate at breakfast time, although for the cheap price it’s hard to complain.

Hostel of the Sun welcomed me with open arms and helps with everything I needed. They recommended the best places and we have such a deep discussion about Naples with Gabriella. Made friends super easily in the common room, and the brealfast was rich! The day I was checking out I woke up late but the receptionist was super cool about it bless his heart. There were three bathrooms (one for disabled!) for 14 beds. Very Good!

I went in to shower at night and there wasn't any warm water. I ask the reception about it and she told me that if people have had many showers I need to let the water run for a while so the warm water can come out. I did that the next day and all good!

Firstly thanks to Berrin and Christian. That guys so helpful and always smile face to customer. When I looked at this place while researching, it had a low score and I went there with question marks in my mind, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. The guests who came to the house were also friendly. The location of the house is very nice. You can reach it from the airport by one bus. Thank you again for your service. If I come to Naples again, this is the place I will stay.

The air conditioner was on while I was sleeping at night and that's why I got sick. I recommend bringing warm pajamas while sleeping.

Great staff! And the location is very close to the nearest metro and the port. The breakfast was okay, but since it's included I would consider it as a plus. There was also Air-conditioning to beat the heat and the environment seemed really nice in the hostel. Felt safe. Kudos to Mounira and Nunzia for keeping a joyful atmosphere around the reception. Also to other staff👏 they even offer free luggage storage and support. 📌 Note: ust a bit tricky to find the hostel, it's on the seventh floor of the building, if there is someone at the building reception, just ask them for the first time to use the lift.

Nothing much, loved the stay! Since the building is a bit old, just don't expect a really Hifi bathroom setup. It's pretty decent.

The room was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and gave us all the tips and tricks to experience the city as a local. The location is perfect. The common area is so chill wish we spent more time there.

- Only single beds were available. - The breakfast was very bad ( hard cold bread - cold scrambled eggs ); - You have to insert 10 Cents at the lift to use it, we didn't know that at the arrival but then the staff provided us with jars of 10 cents to use for the lift.
