Staff especially Cristian and Luca were great I had a day trip before breakfast started and I was still able to get coffee and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is big and tasty, great friendly guests balcony was amazing, good system to go as you please. Big bathrooms, was comfortable, had a good swap, good free WiFi and loads of outlets and poole table, darts etc. Big cage lockers and overall felt very safe.

The building is on the 7th floor and you need to pay 10 cents to operate it what the hell! Also the first night these two guests had been booked in beds that were already occupied so there was so much confusion and the two guests had to be moved to another room at 3am so no one slept! Also no outlets near the room which made charging difficult. Blankets were non existent and pillow was very thin

Nice common area, comfortable rooms (we stayed in private twin) and bathrooms. Good coffee. Helpful staff.

Very poor breakfast. Scrambled eggs looked stale, butter tasted expired. There is no buffet, you just get a tray with stuff. Vegan option equals chopped up cucumber and tomatoes. You have to pay for the lift to go down (it is free only going up). Someone in the reviews mentioned a jar of coins at the reception but nobody told us about it so we walked down 6 floors each time we went out.

the friendly staff, friendly atmosphere almost like you’re in a shared apartment! plenty of bathroom options, lots of storage space.

kitchen/breakfast arrangement were a bit limiting. would have preferred more freedom to be able to choose what we ate at breakfast time, although for the cheap price it’s hard to complain.

Hostel of the Sun welcomed me with open arms and helps with everything I needed. They recommended the best places and we have such a deep discussion about Naples with Gabriella. Made friends super easily in the common room, and the brealfast was rich! The day I was checking out I woke up late but the receptionist was super cool about it bless his heart. There were three bathrooms (one for disabled!) for 14 beds. Very Good!

I went in to shower at night and there wasn't any warm water. I ask the reception about it and she told me that if people have had many showers I need to let the water run for a while so the warm water can come out. I did that the next day and all good!

I think is well located, close to a train station and to take the ferry. Also close to attractions and Via Toledo which is very commercial. Staff was very helpful, i had an issue with my booking but they were able to manage it! Totally appreciate it

It's at 6th and 7th floor and the elevator works with a coin during the day but it's ok because they give you the coins. Some services like laudry were kind of expensive. I totally loved the staff but the argentinian girl at reception was not very kind on her treat.

Great location, pretty clean compared to other parts of the city, close to the seaside and to the histroical city center. Very nice and helpful stuff. The room was okay, with air-condition.

Breakfast does the job but delicious is something different... I would rather recommend to take a nice croissant or any other delicious at one of many pasticceria around the city. Bathrooms and common areas give you a "messy feeling" even though they were cleaned regularly. But for this price you cannot complain :)

Central location near the harbor and Spanish quarters (keep in mind though, that there is no beach or nice walk directly by the sea near the location, you have to walk a bit further to walk next to the sea) breakfast included and fair food for the price (normal & vegan option, you get bread/butter/jam + scrambled eggs/bacon or tomato/cucumber salad + cereals + fruit/juice) and free coffee all day long plenty of things to spend your free time with if you are in the hostel and nice common area: boardgames and videogames, Netflix, piano etc.) really sweet and helpful staff and generally very friendly vibes

I would have preferred the rooms themselves to have a few more features over having an amazing common area, a little bucket or desk next to the bed where you can place your belongings + hangers for jackets etc. was missing IMO. I personally only come to sleep. Also my room had a funky sour smell, not sure if that was cleaning material or from outside. the bathroom within the room was not so clean, some amenities were rusty and moldy and it didn't appear that anyone cleaned them during my stay. However I figured out later that they have common bathrooms too that have much more space and were much cleaner too

The breakfast was good and the perfect way to start the day and you were able to customize based on your needs and preferences. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent advice. They always remembered your name and followed up with you regarding your plans for the day. There is air-conditioning in the rooms and the mattresses were comfortable allowing for great rest! They provided great internet service. Also, their is a metro station near by to help get to and from the train and bus stations quickly.

I wish the common areas were a little larger, not so compartmentalized, to allow for better meeting area with other guests.

I loved the atmosphere in the place and how everybody was very friendly and chatty with each other. I think it's the perfect place if you are travelling by yourself of with one friend. I felt safe and welcomed.

The breakfast wasn't 10/10. It's very cheap so I wasn't expecting anything to be fair, but if something needs to be improved probably it is the breakfast.
