Easy to find, fabulous location with updates from the owners making it much easier to navigate. The room was amazing and very modern. Very clean close to the main area of napoli. Very secure. We left our bags in reception all day and came back before we left no problem.

Not sure what was happening to the drains. But had a bit of a bad smell every now and then coming through.. but whole area was the same. Italy in the summer.

The location is excellent!! Communication with staff was very prompt and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The size of the room could have been a bit larger with somewhere to put luggage but it was good, clean, and comfortable.

A lovely modern room with spa bath and terrace just a few steps from the port and alibus. The room was beautifully clean and check in and out was straightforward. All the staff were welcoming and helpful.

The Maschio Angioino Suite was an excellent choice by location. It was an easy walk to the ferry terminal for trips to Capri and other nearby islands. It was likewise a very easy walk to some of Naples best attractions. Although there is no breakfast, there is a coffee shop just on the corner from the Maschio Angioino Suite. Our room had a small private balcony which provided a nice place to eat wonderful cheeses and meats purchased at very nice market nearby. Lastly, Maria who welcomed us was very sweet and anxious to help and make sure we had a pleasant stay. I certainly would consider another stay at Maschio Angioino Suite.

Location, location, location! This hotel is perfectly located. Alibus from the airport drops you off with a 7 minute walk to the hotel. It is also about 5/7 minutes to the port Molo Beverello where you can take the ferry to several locations like Positano, Capri, and Amalfi. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area with a good variety. The historical center is also within a 20 minute walk. The room was very clean, comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed. The receptionist, Maria, was extremely helpful. The best service we've received throughout our trip. She is very kind and provides us with lots of recommendations!

Very clean . The room was excellent and had everything. The place is safe and the location is perfect near the port and castle and a few steps to the Metro station and all transportation needs You can even go walking to Toledo street . 2 metro stops from the central train station . My family was so happy with our selection.

The location was so central to everywhere we wanted to go. The main reason we chose this hotel is it's proximity to the cruise port and Molo Beverllo ferry marina, it's literally across the street. The staff sent a few pictures of the entrance and courtyard before we arrived to guide our way in, which was very helpful. Sol was at the front desk to meet me and was so friendly and helpful after a long night traveling. In fact, Sol and the Manager were patiently at my fingertip via Whatapp throughout my stay. Once checked in, I found was a small European style room that was well appointed and so clean with a cold blowing air conditioner!! Cleanliness and temperature win out over size every time so that's all that really mattered to me! I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into town for a pre-cruise stay.

I would have preferred a softer mattress and higher thread count sheets, but trust me I slept well.

The location was great for our needs. Close to the port and great of our tour pick up to Pompeii. There are several good restaurants close by and a nice pastry/ coffee shop just on the corner. We had 3 rooms that were very clean. The beds were softer than the usual hard ones that seem to be the norm in Italy; which we greatly appreciated. In the rooms there was a mini bar with very reasonable prices. One of the rooms had an issue with the air conditioning one evening; Sole took care of getting a temporary replacement right away and then it was fixed the next afternoon while we were out. Service was excellent; Sole helped us with arranging a taxi to one of the ports and communicated with us as to its arrival.

One thing that could be better is the use of space in the room. No place to put luggage, except for the floor. There was a small clothes rod to hang up a few shirts. One thing to note is that you receive a set of keys upon check-in; one key for the outside door of main building, one for your building door, one for the main door into the hallway and one for your room. So you need to keep track of these keys. No fault to the owners, just something to know about.

The property was clean and quaint, felt safe, and the communication exceeded my expectations. Maschio touched base with me the day before arrival to arrange check-in, sent pictures and then further directions upon request. He and his sweet receptionist met me for luggage drop off, called to set up a taxi for 3:30AM and provided a map and suggestions for enjoying our surroundings and finding good restaurants. When our flight got canceled, he made accommodations for another night’s stay. Our airline rebooked us for the next day after all and Maschio came to the rescue once again to arrange a 3:25 AM taxi and provided a terrific mini bar in the room. If all that wasn’t already amazing customer service, he followed up at 3:45 AM to make sure our taxi came and we were on our way.

Even though the pictures and Mascio’s further directions were helpful along with Google maps, it was still a little hard for us to find, but not impossible.
