The room itself was very nice. The view of the harbor life and Vesuvius was incredible. The location was terrific, so easy to walk to Toledo Street shopping and to Spacca Napoli street. The staff was very nice and helpful and since our departure flight was early and we could not be there for breakfast, they prepared something for us the night before.

Its difficult to find the main entrance from the street. When you get to the entrance door it is over a foot higher off the ground, so you need to lift your bags over the entry way. Once inside you need to carry your bags up 5 or 6 steps before you can get to the elevator. The elevator is very small and if you have decent amount of luggage you need to make two trips before you get to reception on the second floor where the hotel is located. that is why its difficult to find the main entrance.

Shower (the water did not deflow well) Breakfast area is small (especially the distance between tables), however the staff is very kind On check out the guy at reception billed me a second time, incurring in a mistake (I already had paid on booking online). Afterwards, they realized the mistake and started the procedure for refund, and this is good, but this kind of mistakes should not happen.

From the photos I was expecting a much larger property. It is very small and compact and quite difficult to find… a small plaque, you have to go up some stairs to a lift then to the first floor. Initially I was extremely disappointed with our room which I conveyed to staff. The manager, Francesca was concerned that I was not happy and went out of her way to upgrade us when another room became available. Her efforts were very much appreciated and made our stay in Naples so much more enjoyable. So I have to say outstanding customer service. Thankyou Francesca.

I feel the pictures in the website don’t really reflect the hotel, so leads to unrealistic expectations.

I loved everything the room was very spacious, me and my best friend stayed in lapels for the first time and we didn't not much and the receptionist and the hotel manager has been so helpful, very friendly and we met some couples at breakfast who said this is there second time back to the same hotel.

The location is incredible. It is centrally located with short walks to major city destinations and 1 block away from the waterfront. The staff is very friendly. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, featuring local favorites and products.

Identifying something I didn't like about this hotel is difficult because everything was so pleasant. I really enjoyed everything.

The property is beautifully situated in a very well kept, stunning apartment building on the seafront of Naples. The rooms were clean and beautifully presented and the staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

At times it was slightly noisy due to being above a bar and on the main strip of seafront, however this wasn’t an unusual level of noise for a central city based hotel, and did not stop us from sleeping.

It was a nice place, clean and modern

The food!! I was honestly very disappointed. Italy is supposed to be the home of fresh cheese and ham, to my surprise we get cheap processed american cheese, the kind of cheese i would never eat in my life! Not many choices, so that was a big no for me!

Really fantastic location, clean hotel, excellent value for money. Very accommodating staff, helpful and kind. The breakfast was good, the rooms spacious, and shower excellent (great water pressure and heat!) All essentials included in the room. Comfy bed, excellent pillows. Best stay in Napoli, will come back.

A larger sign outside would be helpful as I understand it is located within a residential building. That's it!

Big comfy bed and funky shower. Tasteful artwork. The location is just where you want it away from the hustle and bustle with a lovely view of Mt Vesuvius from the balcony and a path along the waterfront across the road. Great Gelato bar one step away cannot go wrong!

3km's or so from the train station if you had to walk with bags though that is also the attraction being away from the shopping strip and crowds.

The staff was very friendly, accommodating and help us when we had issues with the bathroom and to facilitate a taxi to the airport. They also compensated us with the mini bar due to the issue in the shower.

The bed wasn’t really comfortable unfortunately and we did not sleep well at night. And, our room was right next to the reception so we didn’t feel it was very private and could hear what was happening at the hallway whenever people came in and out.
