For such an expensive property , the little things are overlooked - coffee and tea satchets in the room, but no spoon or milk. breakfast between 7-10, but by 9am no more hot food is put out, the fruit and meats are not filled up and things like butter you have to ask for every single day. You just expect more when you’re paying €600 a night

Luigi was the night manager and he checked us in on our first night. He was so friendly and answered any questions we had. He had taken care of the check in process and made sure our bags were brought up to the room, car taken to the garage and had a few complimentary drink tickets. My sister and I looked forward to seeing Luigi every night because he just had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that was exuded. Along with Luigi, Every staff member was so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in Naples! Thank you Luigi and staff!

The hotel had a great location, facing the sea, the view during breakfast from the terrace on the 7th floor was amazing - to Capri, Castel del´Ovo, Posilippo, Vesuvius, the entire bay... Breakfast was dominated by a huge selection of sweet cakes and pies, the rest was an average selection for this type of the hotel. Excellent services of reception, room-service, consierge. Rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, well equipped, with huge windows, beautiful bathroom... The neighborhood was quiet, clean and we felt safe even in the evening. There are many good restaurants nearby.

The hotel has a policy of no ironing board/iron available or even separate facilities. This was not advertised on the site and would’ve led yo me selecting a different hotel. In these circumstances, we had to request pressing facilities for a selection of clothes - worked out expensive The air conditioning was automatic. The controls in the room only allow ‘off’ or ‘automatic. This might have been ok but what auto does is switch off and on all night long. The fan was noisy and woke us up most nights, not ideal

The location was beautiful overlooking the water. We loved the grand piano in the lovely main room off of lobby where our son was welcomed to play every evening. The little gelateria down the street was fantastic! The beds and bedding were the most comfortable I have slept on in my entire life!

Although the location was beautiful, it was very far from downtown and transportation. It got expensive to have to take taxis to trains for excursions and the long walks in the heat were not fun. I wished there was some kind of little shuttle by the city to that part of town to avoid having to walk 1/2 plus to get to anyplace in the center of town.

hotel was excellent: beautiful building, rooms,salon, rooftop bar...as an older couple who have travelled throughout europe frequently for business and pleasure, our room in this hotel was the best ever. last but not least, the service was very good from the concierge/ reception to waiters and housekeeping, all very friendly and helpful. if you wish an authentic visit to Naples, this is a must. europe frequebtly for

Great location, the terrace was amazing on the 7th floor, the staff was very good as well.

The external parking garage they work with is a bit shady on the pricing per night, also you need to pay cash or go over to pay with credit card, lastly, I filled up my tank the night before, how can I then in the morning have to put 7 more liters of gas into the car?!? Joyride, syphon?!? It was VERY odd! Huge upside, they take the car directly from the hotel and drop it off.

Gorgeous hotel and awesome staff. The room is beautiful and clean and equipped with technology that made turning lights on/off and window open/closed very easy. The view is even better in person! Highly recommend!

The bathrooms, although beautiful and decked out in green marble seem a bit old and could use some renovation - perhaps cleaning the marble and providing a fresh face to it. Also could used a shower curtain to keep warm in the shower since without one it would be a bit drafty and water would go everywhere. Could also use more towels. Otherwise the place is wonderful!

A magnificent and elegant hotel in a perfect position on the Bay of Naples. A stunning spot to take in the views of the sea and city and all whilst enjoying breakfast on the roof top terrace. Our second stay here and will definitely return again.
