Brilliant staff, they tried to accommodate wishes, beautiful location, room exceptionally clean and room cleaning very quick, breakfast had a good amount of options.

Whilst a hotel, alcohol prices were a bit steep but similar to vesuvius hotel next door. Suite prices were steep, I don't think i would pay it again. The suite was nice but alot for what it was. Aircon whilst it worked and granted it was on average 34 degrees..ie you felt it, only if room was kept dark during the day and doors stayed closed as if opened heat hit the room. Just wasnt chilly aircon. Also my hair straifhtners made the lights flicker so couldn't use them. Location one of the better areas but bring flats and trainers to go eat and explore and early rise dor breakfast is best.

Location amazing, restaurants and bars on the door step. The castle has a village of restaurants and bars as well as the promenade. Great resort. Pity the City of Naples was disappointing. Hotel clean, well kept, breakfast lovely continental variety plus bacon with scrambled eggs. No atmosphere though in the bar/ restaurant during July. Possible reason the price. we had the junior suite with an amazing balcony overlooking the castle. Mini bar great prices, beds were comify, room very clean , Sound proofing windows gives ya a good night sleep with no noise. taxi rank right beside the hotel which we used to go to the airport (20 mins) thought reception very helpful in ringing one if necessary . we arrived at the train station during a taxi strike so had to walk it to the hotel with a couple of drink stops, took 40 mins. though hop on bus stops at the train station and has a stop at santa lucia

pity about the connecting door in our room as we felt the family next door was in our room. This was not acceptable for the price paid.

Booked a room with a balcony and the view of the sea and Vesuvius was amazing. Room was quiet. We had dinner at the hotel one night and also drinks at the bar. Walked from the hotel to several key tourist attractions.

The tub in the shower is super high! I would hold on as I was afraid to fall going in and out of the shower. Other than that I don't have any other complaints.

The location is superb, they have great breakfast with huge selection of food and each type is at high quality (esp. love the cheese!). The view is super good, you got to see the best part of naples night view and also the room is spacious!! The service is 100/100 and they even prepared a little surprise for me and my husband for our honeymoon trip. It was the best wrap up for our honeymoon journey with a bottle of wine, and a balcony watching the night view with all the christmasy decorations.

I got married and Naples and chose this hotel to stay in - no regrets. Maurizio was the best, helped us so much, Valeria as well. The hotel was CLEAN, the people were nice and the beds were one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept on. Worth every penny.

At times there were misunderstandings but maybe this was a language barrier. For example, the day of the wedding we wanted platters of breakfast (which was included in our price) we expected to pay a service fee but not 60 euros. They made us believe it was free then they charged us for it. Had we known we would have saved our money and gone downstairs to get a free bite. Again, this was all up in the air we always got different information from different staff. This was the only down side .

We had the most fantastic early New Year stay at this wonderful hotel. It’s location, on the waterfront and within easy walking distance of the city’s historic centre, is superb. It’s interior is the personification of elegance and the staff were warm, friendly and hugely accommodating. We highly recommend this really lovely hotel.

Great location, clean and modern rooms. It did the job of a safe and clean layover in Napoli.

- The AC was way too cold in public areas like the breakfast room but also in our room (default setting was 20 degrees with possibility to move it up to max 22 degrees) - It took ages until warm water was coming at the shower - The friendliness at the reception and at the breakfast room could have been more welcoming. The most friendly person we met at the hotel was a passionate cleaning woman who was euphoric about Napoli :)

The property is beautiful in a prime location - on the water and also near wonderful shopping. The rooms are very comfortable - as someone who had to work I was very comfortable working there. But more than that, the staff are wonderful. Incredibly accommodating and patient, treating every guest as though they are special!

Excellent and welcoming staff. A perfect location with magnificent views of the waterfront.Easy to walk to all the historic attractions..Many wonderful restaurants a short walk from the hotel.

The bath tub in our suite was slippery and dangerous..nothing to grab on to..an accident waiting to happen. Hair dryer needs to be updated..More powerful..Loved everything else..

A splendid historical palace-hotel at the seafront, very clean and safe neighborhood! Good location close to the Piazza del Plebiscito and Palazzo Reale. Extremely clean interior, cozy bed, friendly staff, amazing views on the castle and the harbour!

The balcony is tiny, just to take a picture from it. For a 4**** hotel, I would expect a normal desk in the room and slightly better breakfast offer.
