The location was amazing. Highly recommend staying jere if you travel for leysure. The view from the breakfast terrace is worth the money ! Enjoyed every single day with the view to capri, volcano, port, historical center ! Amazing ! The staff is super helpfull!

We had a problem with a ventilation in the room. We always smelled cigarettes although the proerty is non smoke. We just could not figure out where it was coming from. The room of the housekeepimg is next door… maybe that was the problem. Also the housekeepimg begins work at around 6 in the morning. So you hear sounds that make you wake up early.

Great hotel, well located and very well presented, breakfast was very good, great selection, and the rooftop setting fantastic, room very comfortable and quiet and all the facilities are great, staff were very helpful. Solarium on the roof was a good bonus

Only small issue was the shower head was not working well and water went everywhere Solarium could do with a bit more shade option - brollies?

This hotel had alot of amenities, our room had an incredible view and the breakfast area is beautiful! The breakfast had alot of options and being able to take pics from the breakfast terrace was amazing. The staff were helpful too.

It was the only hotel we had to pay to use wifi in the room. For such a nice hotel, I wish it was included. All the other nice hotels we stayed in all over Italy offered free wifi in the rooms.

The location of your hotel is excellent, right in the centre of town. Our room was really comfortable with everything we needed, the bed was particularly comfortable. The breakfast was a bit limited, I like a selection of fruit for breakfast and there was not much choice. The location of the breakfast room with the views over Naples was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and the hotel bar was very comfortable and they sold Corona which is a gluten-free beer my husband can enjoy.

The breakfast was a bit limited. Although there was fruit, cereals, cooked foods, etc, there was not much choice within those groups. But a tiny complaint really and made up for by the location!

The location was perfect. We walked in every direction and found interesting shops and cafes. We could walk to the park on the water. The hotel staff was more than accommodating. The rooftop was our favorite - we read in the lounge chairs, had aperol spritzes from the bar with Mt Vesuvius as a back drop. Highly recommend.

We have stayed in Naples many times before. The location of this hotel is exactly where we like to be. It’s about 8 minutes from the last stop on the airport bus. It’s just off the Main Street and very close to the port. Our favourite restaurant is nearby. The breakfast is excellent and the terrace it’s served on is beautiful, with stunning views.

Best hotel I have stayed at in Europe. The staff is incredible. Wifi great. The roof top restuarant is breathtaking! and there is a Solarium with a pool on a roof top too that overlooks the whole city and the volcano. The Hotel is impeccable and a short walk to all of naples attractions.

the position is perfect, the breakfast offers a great variety of choices, the view from the breakfast lounge is exceptional. staff is very nice. the hotel has a garage, that is rare in Naples.

little old fashioned, we had a view on the interior court that has a huge airconditioning power plant although windows were perfect so it was quiet.

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient to reach any sight, working place, station or harbour. Amazing views of Naples gulf from the rooftop. The breakfast is served there. Good quality products and helpful staff. The staff at the reception was very helpful. The room was comfortable and clean The bed was large and pillows soft. The window could protect well from the noise of the street

If you wanted to use wifi in the room, you had to pay... it is an outdated service. There was no kettle to prepare hot drinks, though it was written in the booking form. Insulation between rooms was not so good: I could hear the TV on in the room next to mine

Clean and comfy room, nice bathroom, I appreciated that they gave 3 handtowels so I could use one for my hair. The view from the breakfast room at the top is stunning, the coffe was very good. The bar on the ground floor served great food and drink. Staff was very helpful at the reception.

The garage, as generally in Italy's big cities, is the worst part, but at least this hotel has one. They park your car if you don't have the courage, but expect it to be moved every day. In the breakfast room you ask for ham and cheese and they give you a half slice. The water and the juices are poured in small glasses so you have to take more turns even if you are not a big eater. At the same time I can understand they want to avoid wasting food which is a good thing and we experienced this in other places as well.
