The host, Monica was so special and was so helpful and welcoming. We arrived very late and she helped us through everything perfectly. She sent us a list of all attractions and nice local restaurant recommendations which turned out to be incredible. There was also a lovely breakfast bar opposite the hotel that was recommended by Monica with lovely croissants, coffee and piadines. The apartment was absolutely spotless and cleaned every day by really friendly staff, just like the owners. The place was very artistic and a creative space from Monica who with her daughter, are artists and their work is displayed throughout the property. I will definitely be back and recommend to anyone thinking of staying here. The pictures do not do it justice!

Going home!

Location is just 5 min walks from Toledo metro station. You can everything you need nearby. Shopping places, restaurants, markets and etc. Room itself is very cozy and comfortable. Monica was very nice and friendly, she helped us with our questions. Room was very nice decorated and had all necessary stuff.

Air Conditioner didn't work, which made our stay very hard. Monico offered us to use fan, which slightly eased the situation. But still it was hot.

Basically everything, Super helpful stuff, amazing people, we could totally just stay and have good conversations with them the whole vacation. The rooms are amazing, we got the Japan room, it was beautiful, very comfortable in the most amazing zone, very close to all kind of shops, public transportation etc. I will surely come back to Napoli and exactly for the same hotel. Super recommended!

Plug sockets were the shaving adapter only no EU plug sockets but there is the option for USB only

the host Monica was exceptional- she explained the facilities when she greeted us. she personally curated the facilities with exceptional class and artistic detail

while the location was simply awesome, there were loud people till late at night in the streets but this is no fault of the facility and could be an off thing

Fantastic room, comfortable, very clean room and bathroom. Monica is a fantastic host, very kind and helpful and a talented artist! Her artwork on the walls is wonderful. It was all lovely, there is a transparent shower. FYI! Breakfast included and excllent location. Would stay again!
