The best thing about this hotel is the staff, particularly Stefano on reception and the ladies at breakfast. Very friendly, very welcoming. The room was a good size, as was the bathroom. The bed was very big and comfy. There was plenty of natural light coming in from the balcony. The hotel is in a relatively quiet area (although the road in front was quite busy with it being August). There's plenty of free parking for clients, both indoor (underground) and outdoor. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. There was plenty of options such as croissants, pancakes (albeit cold), yoghurts, fruit, and so on.

The fact that our shower/bath didn't have a curtain or door. It was a challenge to shower without getting water on the floor. While our room was cleaned every day (to a good standard), we noticed dust in corners and on skirting boards. The room could do with a more thorough clean in between different guests staying in it.

It was a quiet place, it was clean, the breakfast was good and the people who work in the hotel are very kind. They guided us, and explained us where to go, what to do, and they told us to ask everything we needed.

It was really good. The only point was that the wifi was not very strong. However, this was not very important to me.

The location was excellent. Free and ample parking was a bonus. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Very conveniently located to the venue were our event took place.

We asked a confirmed two-bed room, and they confirmed it. But they gave us a room with a full size bed and a sofa bed, which was disappointing, not to mention that it was uncomfortable for one of us.

Nice, spacious place with lots of space for parking. The room was very spacious and had a balcony. Everything was very clean and the breakfast was nice. Good place to stay and it is esay to get to different locations by the lake from there. Our rooms weren't ready even though we checked in an hour after check-in time. But they were sorry and offered us drinks, and we didn't have to wait very long.

The breakfast has to be chosen the day in advance. I would prefer a buffet style breakfast where I can choose myself. But it was an okay breakfast still and one could ask for more!

The breakfast was adequate, not super-rich. The property was not on the water but we knew this from the get-go. We picked this location for one night's stay and needed a free parking space on the premises. We were running late and the front desk called us advising that they were awaiting us! We got a huge room which was great. We were also given a late checkout allowing us to take a morning dip in the lake )) The staff also recommended us where to go to the beach.

It was better than expected at the first site. Beds were comfortable. Staff nice, especially the kitchen ladies, so nice.

I wish rooms had a fridge, especially in the summer and since the next door store does not keep the cold waters. Also, one night we had some bad smell coming from outside, but it passed.

The location was excellent. Near the airport and 5 minutes drive to Arona center. The hotel management were all very professional and kind with us. We were 6 people with 3 rooms. The hotel and rooms were very clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent. Hotel with interconnected garage. Thank you 😊

Good location to visit Lago Maggiore surrounding ( by car) and Milano ( by train) , also close enough to Malpensa for the car return and flight back.

For early checkout ( we leaved the hotel at 4:00am) no breakfast and not even coffee/tea. ( when I made the reservation I specifically asked this question and got answer from the hotel they will take care, but promises are not reality).

The hotel manager was extremely nice in providing us with the easiest way to get into Milan with details regarding the zoning for cars. We had a great stay with an awesome breakfast and the hotel manager left a bottle of wine in our room for our honeymoon. Amazing experience and one of the best stays during our 19 day trip in Italy.

Very nice underground parking. Perfect for motorbikes. The room was spacious and clean with good air conditioning. Good selection of items for breakfast and all was very tasty. Would happily stay here again.
