Incredibly clean and central to Palermo, staff were attentive and very friendly! Great bonus to have a balcony too. Shower was great and there was plenty of space in the apartment.

It was only a slight pain to enter the apartment, we scheduled a time to arrive and rang the bell several times but no answer. We then had to call a number to then buzz us in, only a little bit of a pain but luckily we spoke some conversational Italian to get by. This might be a problem for people who aren't familiar with user friendly interfaces / a traditional check-in method.

Beautiful spacious room with nice kitchen, small window but cosy view. Comfortable beds, clean shower.

The area where guest house located is a little bit noisy and very unclean. Also, self check in was problematic, because all information was in Italian language, even the phone number, which is mandatory if you like to get in, was without Italian code, so be prepared to google it. :)

The hotel was good 👍😊 Clean the stuff are friendly the location is next of the train station and the bus station too also many touristic places . As family we enjoyed it

I didn't like the sofa 🥺🥺 it s a old old one /Letto scomodo/.

The place is great, it was clean and the host was very polite and kind. We had a car and there was no problem to leave it in front of the accommodation

to get from the center to the place you go through a neighborhood with a lot of questionable people, but we had no problems

The room was very clean and quiet spacious. The bathroom was comfortable. Highly recommend . There is a market right at the corner of the street and the bus stop is really close. It’s located near to the main road which lead straight to the city centre

Staff was very friendly and the check in was easy, they were making the beds every day. Location is a little bit rough but we had no problem. We are the walkers so we walked every day to the city center but for someone who’s using the bus, I’m not sure how well connected it is.

This property is close of walking distence from Palermo central, from where you can catch buses and trains all around Sicily. Which is very good options.

The light of corridoor get off to quickly, and leave you in the dark. You have to press again and again to get the light on.

The room was spacious, late check-in was possible (22:30) and the staff very friendly, big table and wardrobe in the room.

It was not 100% clean (but still clean enough to feel comfortable), the toilets make an awfully loud noise when you flush them which goes on for over a minute

The host couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bathroom fittings were excellent

The area was convenient for transport at main stations but wasn't the most attractive part of town.
